It's been a really hard and long journey but if you stick with this diet you will lose some pounds. And during this process your shrinking your stomach cuz I don't eat a big portion like I used to.

These are priced very well considering the amount of vitamins and minerals in each drink. I like all the slimfast flavors except the vanilla. I do better with the advanced formula because of the reduced lactose though. My boyfriend really likes drinking these too, when i bring them with me to his house he drinks a few every time, doesnt matter the flavor. Hes not trying to lose weight but drinks them for all the vitamins and because he really likes milky drinks. My 11 year old son has drank them too, he likes the chocolate flavor, the strawberry and the cappucino. Id say my favorite are the strawberry, banana, and coffee flavors and i dont mind the chocolate ones either. The vanilla are my least favorite but i still drank them but probably wouldnt reorder that flavor. These made no impact in my hunger or my weight but i still like them and would rebuy for the vitamins alone because there isnt a whole lot of foods or even protein shakes with as many vitamins for the price. ... show more
