So to start this is my girlfriends account im a 25 year old male using the product. Body history i use to be 5 percent bodyfat on a strict keto diet at 5'9 215 pounds i was a avid body lifter since high school. About 5 years ago i was injured in a work accident that shattered my wrist in pieces and put me out for a year. Then only after a few months of being back to normal before i could even get my gym grind back on i was in a motorcycle accident that tore 3 of 4 ligaments in my right knee and reshattered my wrist in even more places. I became depressed fell off my diet( mcdonalds was my new and cheapest friend). I pretty much neglected my body since then became 230lbs at over 23% body fat. I live in florida and work outside detailing boats and this summer has started off brutal. My crew and i are always tired, hungry and mentally drained however none of us are truely in shape or have the energy at the end of the day to go to the gym. I decided I needed to get my body back and get my health up. I completely cut out fast food (i eat better not great most of my grocery shopping is done at walmart and i do still eat certain processed foods). Started fasting from 2 to 11 and going to the gym at a 3 days on 1 day off cycle with 10 min of warm up cardio at a 140 to 150bpm do my weights and finish with 5 min of cardio at a 170 to 180bpm. Right into my first week i was extremely tired slacking at work mentally not there and always always hungry to the point where it hurt and my guys would here my stomach growl. I had actually heard a radio advertisement for force factor xt but i always reseach my supplements and came across this a way healthier organic more reliable and better reviewed product plus free 1 day shipping and i needed it ASAP if i was gonna keep to my new lifestyle hahah. I have now been taking these 1 in the morning between 6 and 8 and 1 in the evening between 12 and 2 for over a month and a half.... Im absolutely mind blown how well they really work my appetite is suppressed not to bug me in the morning but not so much that i have trouble getting 3000 calories in during my fasting period. As for my mind these things are like limitless pills im very focused alert and awake im able to guide my crew and manage without missing a beat on top of the nice energy boost i feel in the gym. I can honestly say that im both giving work and gym 100 percent every day. As for the body i now weigh 208 but dont let that scare you as i said i was a body builder and im focused on muscle gains. My waist line has dropped over 9 inches and my definition and size is coming along great im right around 15 percent body fat. If your afraid of losing muscle i havent hit that problem yet its actually helped me gain with the improved energy and focus in the gym. Ive actually reccommended it to my entire team. I feel great and im starting to look great. However my one and only concern is i have developed a slight dependency if i miss taking one i get a migraine and feel very sluggish and ran down. I believe this is just because i work 6 days week 8 to 10 hours a day in the blazing sun and am going to the gym pretty hard core most people start with just 3 days a week but none the less it is something to keep in mind. I would definitely and highly recommend giving this product a try its not a super pill i would still recommend a decent diet and exercise but it helps and boosts your efforts and rewards along the way and allows you to grind and push yourself beyond your normal limits which is essential in body development everyone hits platos its just figuring out how to overcome them👍

This review is TL:DR, (too long don't read), I am a bit wordy yet I hope this will help those who are on the fence. I will say right off that I am on Ideal Protein Diet and I use BurnXT paired with Lean XT to primarily to curb my hunger and second to help with weight loss. For me it works very well. 3 Years ago I was on the same diet and I found that IP wasn't working as well (even with exercise) for me until I added a fat burner / hunger curb supplement. At that time I used Xenadrine, talk about Jitters, I'd walk around shaking all the time. I lost 80lbs and after six months of dieting, unfortunately for me I stepped of my diet early and gained all my loss back over the next 18 months. Fast forward 3 years, my weight ballooned back up to the worst in my life, I was recently diagnosed with borderline high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, needing viagra and other problems. At age 46, it was time to ask myself what was important. Living in Southern Louisiana, food here is rich and in a state that has two of the most obese cities in the nation, I had to make a decision for myself and to be a good role model for my young son. I decided and so did my doctor it was time to reboot and do it again, drop the weight so I can live a healthy life and be a good influence on my kid. He told me to go on which ever diet worked for me, watch my food intake and be smart about choices, most of all use common sense. I did my research, read all the reviews, compared the ingredients and decided to go with Jacked Factory. I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I started Burn XT that I had NO JITTERS!! My heart did run a little harder, yet I wasn't anxious all the time. IMHO, in order for this to work, you need to be on a no-carb or keto type diet that is restrictive of your carb in-take. That means, no flour, no sugar (even fruit based sugars), no legumes (ie beans), I'm not here to promote IP, I'm practically pescatarian (vegetarian who eats fish) with the exception of lamb from the local Mediterranean lunch place, I'm 100% seafood and veggies with my diet, I'm not here to promote IP, yet I will re-affirm what others and usually the labels say that pairing Burn XT and products like Lean XT require a smart diet and regular exercise. That's where I have an exception. I'm 6'4", 46 yo and I should be between 185 and 210 for my frame, I started on the first of March and after eight weeks starting at 303 lbs and I have dropped 35 pounds with no exercise. My face is noticeably thinner, my gut is half the size it was and I have more energy and more flexibility. All from just eating right and taking Burn XT stacked with Lean XT, also taking Andro Surge and Prima Surge. I drink 2L to 3L of Glacieau Smart Water every day. I haven't had the motivation to go walking every morning before work, yet as my weight continues to drop I am getting that natural urge to wake up earlier and go for a brisk walk around the neighborhood, almost to the point of natural anxiety if I don't do it. It's very encouraging. I do notice that if I don't take my mid-day supplement, by 2pm my stomach hurts, and while fasting is actually a good thing, water is no replacement for actual food. So 8am is my first dose, 12 to 1pm is my second and I'm good for the day. However I also take with my Burn XT and Lean XT in the morning I take Potassium supplement, a multi-vitamin supplement and at lunch I take a 2 Calcium Magnesium (horse pill size). At dinner JF is not taken but I take another multi-vitamin, 2 Omega 3's (with very high concentration) and another 2 Calcium Magnesium. Lunch and Dinner also get 8 oz of protein and 2 cups of greens. Maybe every other day I'll eat a Protein bar in the afternoon but that's about it. That diet alone should drop weight but the hunger pains are too great most of the time. BXT and JXT quell that and continue to burn calories while I'm sedentary at my computer. I am planning on using the Pre-WorkOut JF product soon to help boost my walks, yet I am not planning on running at all, yet weight training I am planning on for strength training, I will wait on until I am at my target weight (215 lbs) and will rebuild from there which at this rate should be in September. By this time next year I should be pretty fit and on a corrected course for life. For the time being, Burn XT with Lean XT are it for me. Jacked Factory products have done very well. I bought a bottle of Cut XT and gave it to a coworker who was very sensitive to Caffeine and it's worked so well he now stacks it with Lean XT. We weigh in each week together at our dietitian and he's making significant progress too. So it appears Burn XT or Cut XT with Lean XT is a great way to go. I will say if you're interested in IP talk to your doctor as it is a supervised program. However if you're on Weight Watchers, 30-Day, or whatever, pairing it with a supplement like JF isn't a bad idea. Just watch out what your body can endure and be cognizant of your tolerance to caffeine. Cut XT is a good alternative to Burn XT if you can't handle the caffeine. I would like to add, in order to make this successful, if you own a scale, throw it out or donate it, you don't want a scale in your house. Stepping on that thing daily will de-motivate you. You need to see your progress in larger than 1lb increments, because your bodies mass can change up or down a pound each day due to water retention. Looking at it once a week will give you that "oh yeah feeling". or that "what did I do wrong". You walk away with a new attitude on focusing on the next 7 days. Weekends are the hardest while work days are easier. Pick one day a week that you step on a scale some place else, the gym, the store, your friends house, I go to the physical therapist on Fridays (wearing shorts and a t-shirt) where I get my IP foods and use their scale. Get your weight and your BMI and your measurements. This is important so you can then reset your mind for the next week and (start over) like you're beginning all over again. Take it one week at a time and do your best not to cheat. Each week you should see a loss of 3 to 5 pounds for men and 1 to 3 for women. Over time it adds up and you'll feel a lot better. Those around you that support you will notice changes and will help keep you on track. I will say that if you're a husband wife team doing this, guys support your wives because they will lose weight half as fast as us and she may get demotivated. Be supportive!!! Once I hit my target weight and I transition off of Ideal Protein and back to the real world of food. I plan on continuing to be 99% Pescetarian in my eating and adopt a regular regimen for working out / walking and staying healthy. Take it from someone who did this once already and spent a lot of time and money doing it, just to do it all over again, I don't want to do this a 3rd time. Doing this means you're going to make a permanent change in your life and you're going to use this product to help get you there. For those that are already fit, you should probably use this in moderation just to tone down or take off that extra bit from the holidays. For the rest of us who are in the obese category, this is a life-saver, a game changer. Getting down to below obese classification is a huge step. Jacked Factory will help me (and others) get there. Lastly, JF (nor Ideal Protein) has not asked me to write this review, I bought this and the IP plan on my own and have been using them without any contact from them. I hardly ever write reviews anymore yet I felt compelled to sit down and write this for anyone else out there that needs that extra motivation to get on the path to being healthier. I will update my review with my results in six months (hopefully) when I hit my target weight, and a year from now to see where I am at.
