Do I feel like this helps me on my keto journey? Sure. I feel like it helps my energy levels and I will continue to use the product. HOWEVER. No one has mentioned the smell. I feel it is my duty as an American to warn you: as soon as you open the bottle, be prepared for a stench that I can only describe as a can of tuna that a cat urinated in that was then left to bake in the sun for 27 days. Also, after taking, pray to whatever God you pray to that you don't burp for the next 90 minutes because it tastes like it smells and you will get to relive that. So there's that. This review is of my experience, because everyone's experience is their own. This product is NOT for me. I had stomach years ago and I'm very cautious in trying products like these. I'm not into fat burners; not necessary if you put in the work and follow a nutritious food lifestyle. But I have chosen to try out the keto lifestyle and ran into these pills. I read a whole bunch of the reviews and figured I'd give them a whirl. They arrived and I took the time to read the dosage instructions. I tend to always start off at half of the recommended dosage, and that's exactly what I did with these. A few hours later, my stomach was on fire and my head felt like poo. Besides the pills, everything else I had ingested are things I'm used to having and have never caused my stomach to flare up. So needless to say, I packaged it up, requested my refund and that was that. Like I said, this was my experience and mine alone. Maybe it'll work for you, but they were definitely not for me.
