The stuff works to a certain point regarding energy, but appetite control isn't really there for me like the first generation of this product had. Energy came in the form of increased heart rate and restlessness, with minor mental clarity (if I could call it that). To top it off, I was sent the wrong product size. Someone had given me a bottle of this in the past and it worked really well for me which is why I decided to buy more. I thought the last bottle I had was the new formula and it was marked as the new formula. However, this bottle did not seem to be as effective at controlling my appetite as the last bottle. It was still effective, but with the last bottle I actually felt like I could forget to eat (I didn't, but probably could have) Everything arrived as expected, except for the big sticker offering a discount if I send an email to the company that is stuck on the bottle which I find irritating. I like it because it does curb appetite without caffeine jitters or feeling sick/nauseous like other things I've tried it the past. This might be TMI, but I also did not have any kind of other horrific side effects regarding bathroom issues (aka Alli). I'm rating 3 stars for the obnoxious advertising on the bottle covering what I think is pertinent information and the fact that I don't find it as effective as it used to be. ... show more

I ordered these pills b/c I am always freezing, have no metabolism, and had barely enough energy to make it through the day. I took the regular ACE during the week, but on weekends I wanted an additional boost so that I could get things accomplished so I took the Extreme. These pills definitely work to give energy and raise body temperature. They also helped me to be really focused and get a lot done. I felt a lot better when I took them, but I didn't notice any weight loss effect at all. Unfortunately, I have high blood pressure that I was having a hard time keeping under control so I had to stop taking these until I could get that managed. I miss them! ... show more

It does not cause weight loss or help with hunger...with that sd I have hypothyroidism & am constantly tired. Taking ace wakes me up & gives me the boost I need to get thru my day or workout. It's great for energy, but if your looking for an appetite suppressant this does not deliver in that department. Overall I love this product & use it everyday! I've even got my coworker hooked on it! No crash & works better than coffee... ... show more

Love!! Best stuff ever! I have so much energy. Even though they updated product, it still gives me energy. I have used this product for 5 years now and it's my go-to to start my day!! Recommend! No jitters or crashing with ACE Update: There are alot of reviews saying this product doesn't work and that the new version isn't the same and doesn't work. I bought this May and July of 2017 and I lost 25lbs. The product may not work for everyone, but the product in fact, does work!! I've tried it both versions. I've used this product before and it definitely works. It cuts down your appetite quite a bit, but not to an unhealthy point. It gives you energy, but doesn't make you jittery. If you workout in conjunction with using this product, you'll definitely see results over time. I would recommend eating within the hour that's suggested on the bottle, though. I tend to get a little nauseas if I wait too much longer than that, but once I have a snack (or even half of one), I'm good to go. ... show more
