Dont waste money on celebrity sponsored cookware !! These are the real deal commercial grade. Stainless steel can be non stick if u know what your doing. Consistant heat throughout the pan surface and will never warp. Havent tried using on induction stove but gas range was a joy to cook on.

The Viking pans have an ergonomic handle. Much better than All Clad pans. The pans heat quickly and evenly with both induction and gas stoves. The professional series are wonderful.
