Great set, the cost is a little pricey but what can you expect when wanting a great set, sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the quality you require. Cooks very evenly and easy to clean. All you need is a sponge and some soap very easy. Some of the pans seem to be discoloring here and there but using a magic eraser will take it right away! ... show more

I recently bought a set of your cookware, and I regret to inform you that my experience has been less than satisfactory. I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the issues I have encountered with your product and hope for a resolution to this matter. Firstly, upon receiving the cookware set, I was dismayed to find that some pans and lids were missing from the packaging. This was highly inconvenient as I had expected to receive a complete set as advertised. The incomplete packaging has been an inconvenience that I had not anticipated. Additionally, the quality of the cookware that I did receive is very poor. As a customer, I had high expectations for the Viking Cookware brand due to its reputation for producing high-quality products. However, my experience has left me feeling let down and dissatisfied with the purchase. I believe that the issues I have encountered are not reflective of the quality that your brand claims to offer.
