We received our order quickly and the box was in good condition. Each piece was individually wrapped. Putting it together was not difficult with two people and went fairly quickly. We did have an issue with a small tear in the backrest and a broken armrest. Shipping can be difficult on large items and accidents happen. We were able to get in contact with the after sales team via the email address in the instruction booklet and they responded quickly. This company strives for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. They offered us a couple of options to replace or refund the purchase. We like the chair and only wanted a replacement arm for the broken one. The small tear we fixed ourselves and no one even notices it had been there. The company was able to send out a replacement arm and it arrived within just a couple days. The chair is great now. It is comfortable for sitting in for hours at a time and is well worth the price. But the customer service puts them over the top with their high regard for customer satisfaction. This chair was perfect for me and my small office space. It was easy to put together. The color was just right for my room. It’s also comfortable and the back massage component worked quite well for me.

I put this together per the instructions and already the right armrest is coming apart slowly. The leg rest cannot support the weight of my legs in a resting position. The backrest is already starting to lean at an angle away from my back, not good support. The back massager was tossed after 5 minutes. When I leaned back it stops working as weight is placed upon it. It was awkward as it was in the ergonomic position. Not a good product. FYI I work in an office environment and have put together several office chairs, this by far is the worst chair I've ever put together or used. New chair being put together now and already more sturdy than this hunk of garbage. Edit: Pics of product after only 90 days of use. Right armrest pulled away from position just by leaning on it with minimal weight. Bolts tightened 3x and plastic is pulling away. Cheap plastic mold. 2nd pic: Back is currently in the most upright position (cat not included with chair). If I rest I go back >45° and if I put any weight I feel it's going to snap and I'm going to go backwards and injure myself. This "company" should give me a refund and an apology. Our cat might like it but it's not for human use ... show more

Honestly have nothing bad to say about it. I did however upgrade the wheels just because of my preference due to the included ones are hard plastic and the ones I bought for it are rollerblade wheels and are better for the wood floor I have.

I've had this about 9 months now. The massage featire doesn't stay on. The detached massage pillow/lumbar support never stays in the right place. It's cheap and the arms are constantly needing to be re tightened. Wish I'd bought something else. It was also a lot of effort to put together.

    • Super comfortable
I was missing pieces for the foot rest but luckily I used the piece from my old chair. Other than that it's super comfortable and soft. The back massager is really light so you won't get much of a massage from it.
