This is a high-quality fast cold/frozen drink maker. It works better than I expected. I highly recommend it 👍. Here are the things I like about this frozen drink maker: 1) Good size. Not too big or small. Fits nicely on the countertop. Liquid capacity is a good size. You can make a few glasses of drink, depending on the glass size. With the glass size shown in the picture, you can make about 4 glasses. 2) High quality construction: Not cheap design! The materials and craftsmanship appear to be high quality (better than I expected) and should last a long time 👍 Durable plastic and metal are used. The simple clean design doesn't use many small parts that can break or require servicing. I like this design 👍 The motor appears to be plenty strong, even when turning frozen/icy drinks. 3) Easy and convenient to clean: There is a "Clean" cycle that can be used after each use, for fast and easy cleaning. You just insert water on top, select the clean cycle, push the start button, and the unit quickly rinses the main drink compartment. The main drink compartment can also be easily removed when needed. There is just one latch on the back, and then the main compartment quickly and easily slides out for cleaning. Then you can easily insert your hand and a sponge. 4) Simple and quick to operate: I like the usability design. It is not over complicated 👍. You just select the type of drink you want to to make and then push the start button. Two steps only 👍. That's it 👍😁. I love this simple and easy design 💯. You don't have to manually program or worry about temperature, or motor speed, or length of cycle time. 5) Fast: The freeze element works very fast. Much faster than I expected. I am impressed about this👍. For example, I poured in some Snaple fruit punch drink, then I added some Simply fruit punch (both off-the-shelf inexpensive beverages you can buy in the supermarket), and then I pressed start. The drink was already nice and icy (the way I like it for hot days) after just 5-10 min. No more having to put drinks into the freezer and waiting a long time 👍😁.

At first I loved this machine, worth every penny but 6 months later it broke randomly and I ended up with a choking hazard inside my ice cream which I didn’t notice until I bit into it. I spit it out and took the machine apart to find out where it came from. (See photo) this terrifies me as I have a toddler who could have choked on it.

It works way better than I expected. The 2-in-1 design is super convenient that you can make slushies, soft-serve ice cream, frozen drinks, and even margaritas with just the preset buttons. The texture comes out smooth and consistent every time, and it chills fast without needing any ice. The machine looks high quality, the display is clear, and cleaning is very easy with the self-clean feature. It’s perfect for parties, kids, or even just treating yourself at home. I’ve already used it several times and it never disappoints. Definitely worth the price.

We got a defected machine. The canister lock would release, causing the canister to loosen and cause a mess. I was given a full refund when going through customer support as the refund by date was 1 month past. The machine took 2 hours to make stiff enough ice cream for a cone at the lowest temp. I have decided to go with a true ice cream maker after I receive my refund money

It worked very well. I got it as a Christmas gift. And I made a dietetic slushy in it, and it really worked. It made my slushy. It was easy to clean and easy to understand. I use. Allulose in it to make the dietetic and it worked very well. It was an affordable slushy machine where some other ones are very expensive. It was the right size I need it. I will definitely recommend it to anyone that wants one. And I recommend also the allulose too. The only thing that I saw was an issue is that the handle did not come off where you dispensed it I guess it’s permanently attached and I did love the books in the directions.

I've had it for a little over 2 months. I've tried numerous times to make a slushie or soft serve. I've followed the instructions to the T and yet it ices up at the bottom while the top is still liquid and it turns itself off. Wasted over $100 in supplies so far trying to get the right outcome... too bad im past my return time.

I’m honestly so happy with this 2-in-1 Ice Cream Maker Slushie Machine! The quality is excellent, it feels durable and well-built, not cheap like some other machines I’ve tried before. The instructions were very clear, and I was surprised how easy it was to use right out of the box. What I love most is how quickly it makes ice cream and slushies. The texture comes out smooth and creamy every time. As a mom, I’m really happy because now I can make safe, homemade ice cream for my toddler with fresh ingredients, no artificial colors or too much sugar.
