I bought this for my daughter to teach her how to braid hair. It's got a LOT of hair to work with; very similar to a human head. This is definitely not human hair, however. My teenager LOVES doing hair. So I purchased this for her to have fun with in her spare time. To be honest for this price I wasnt expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Its not cosmetology school type expensive quality but it is great for this price point.
