I purchased this even after reading mediocre reviews.... It isn't terrible if you won't be using it long. However I wouldn't let anything permanently live in this. It isn't very sturdy and very thin materials. My bottom board was broken, but it'll still work for what I bought it for. Definitely not for outside. Think of the balsam wood airplanes you played with as a child. Maybe ok for animals smaller than rabbits. Not easy to clean. I ? the toxicity of materials.

It's OKAY for the price. It's the usual made-in-China quality, no frills, the hardware that comes with it it's not good enough, and the instructions are completely USELESS. Since I care for my bunny's life, I added two latches, one on the door, and one on the bottom (the sliding floor), because there is a substantial gap between the floor and the back side, hence a stronger bunny can definitely push it open and escape towards its likely death. The hinges were screwed on not really straight but it was easy to fix. Overall, I am not disappointed but for $50+ they could throw in better hardware. ... show more
