I have been a prime member with Amazon for over a decade and never had a problem with getting refunds or replacement parts that are defective. For 30 days of going merry-go-round with seller to get him to send me a replacement defect part which they assemble, which is the only part they do. In which you can"t see the defect until you complete the whole assembly of it. Even sent pictures to them show the clean-out draw will not go into it. Due to it was 5/8 of inch to big. Due to the fact they screwed up on their end in factory. So after 30 days of trying to get the part, which would of ended this, they finally will give me a refund...not happening...the catch is you will only get refund if you return the WHOLE thing in it's original condition in which it was shipped. That could never happen and they know this. AMAZON! I've spent thousands of dollars with you, I am very disappointed that your allowing this to happen. So be it, I will be buying more from other company's from now on. I will be dropping my Prime account at end of year...it no longer means anything, now that more and more company's are offering free shipping. Thank you for nothing! ... show more

The item is a great value for the price and works for what I can afford right now. The girls like it and it keeps them contained and happy. It was some what easy to assemble just be careful when using a drill because the wood is soft and can crack if you make the screws to tight. I am happy with the item for the price :) ... show more

What I disliked about this is that it was very and sturdy right when you use your screwdriver are you drilled the pieces the crack I did have to make a gnu I was very angry the moldings I had to bolt because they kept falling off very loose moldings for the roof The instructions were so bad I try to find a video no video I literally had to rebuild it 34 times and it did come in late they left it out in the rain where the wood that destroyed that I had to redo and re-cut out just horrible and you just have to guess everything I just hate it I do I hate it if I can get it put it back in the box and ship it to them I would I just might have to because that's how much I hate it And it's definitely not waterproof just let everybody know because the word is terrible so you will get soggy molded and it's just not good better off building your own I need a building my own that's the sad part which I didn't wanna do but I had to ... show more

This enclosure is too small for my breed of rabbit, so I'm using it as a day run for several 4 week old Bantam chicks. It would be nice for a single dwarf rabbit or a pair of guinea pigs. The roof does not secure and it would be easy for a predator to lift it off. A large rabbit could probably push the roof off and escape. The hardware cloth is stapled nicely to the panels however the panels are thin and flimsy and I think a coyote, bear or medium size dog would be able to tear them apart easily. This would be a nice enclosure to allow your Guinea pigs outside for an hour or 2 while you are with them. It would be an ideal setup on a tile or linoleum floor for your Guinea pigs if you didn't mind cleaning up after them since it doesn't have a floor. It did ship and arrive quickly and it's a very nice looking set up it's just not predator proof in any way. ... show more

Smaller than I expected (though that's my fault) and more flimsy than I thought, I originally liked the convenience of the removable roofs for cleaning and feeding. Until this morning when we found one of the roofs knocked off, and the bunnies were gone. It's clear that some animal was able to get inside and take the bunnies. My daughter is devastated. We trusted that this hutch would keep them safe. She's asking for different bunnies, but she won't use this hutch for them, and I don't blame her. ... show more

Other reviews mention the poor instructions. That is very true. The instructions are good for almost nothing, but luckily I'm a visual person. The quality is ok. One piece was a little warped and a couple were chipped, but didn't prevent assembling. Would have liked it to be a little better quality, but for the price I'm not that disappointed. The worst part was at the end when the roof trim and braces split when screwing them together. Easy to replace on my own, but be careful. I would not, and did not use a drill. I also had to add my own screws on the front to keep the others from pulling out. I'd recommend using different screws on the whole thing in hindsight. The rabbits love it though and it's big enough for both of them. If you have some patience and are good at assembling things, it's worth it. ... show more

Directions are totally useless, flimsy once assembled, way smaller than expected, missing screws, roof is fabric over cheap, wood splits easy when screws are tightened and areas arrived already split. I read the reviews and thought okay really how bad can it be for the money, well I got my answer I honestly wouldn’t have taken this for free as it’s total crap. Spend more for something with good reviews what you save now you will spend soon replacing this. ... show more
