The rug is not great quality. When I first opened it I had high hopes. I do like the sticky bottom it doesn’t move once you lay it out. However, after 1 day the rug is shedding really bad. It is designed for a rolling chair and yet it sheds every time the chair moves. Do not recommend.

I really love this mat. It helps my chair from sliding and scratching my hardwood floors. My only “issue” is the fact that EVERYTHING sticks to the bottom of it. So for instance, I have a dog. I vacuum my floors daily but he sheds so much that I probably don’t see it all. When I went to move the mat I saw a lot of his hair on the bottom of the mat which is nearly impossible to remove. A part of me is annoyed but the other part of me knows it’s because it’s a safe stick to the floor which will attract any sort of lint that is under the mat when I put it down. That's about how much value this product is. It' holds my beer. Oh, it collects A LOT of dust and particles floating in the air and is difficult to position. Not worth the money. Sticks to hardwood floor, though.

Very easy to install, peel off plastic film and put it where you please. The backing is tacky but not sticky, so it holds well without leaving a residue. I use it on laminate plank flooring and it works perfectly. I have a gaming chair and it rolls very easily.

The other side of the pad is very cheap plastic. If you want better quality, find those from Costco. We bought it from online only because we didn't to bring heavy items.
