Works great for carpet! It's not flimsy at all. Needs to sit for about a week to fully flatten unless you have something to place on the edges. The size works for me and provides adequate coverage for my chair. Would definitely purchase again.

Size is great, however, not really thick enough. My chair sinks in to the mat and I have to give it a bit of a scoot to get it to move. Really was hoping it would have been thick enough for carpet as advertised. It is better than being in the carpet without it, but it’s just not stiff or thick enough.

I received this mat quickly as others have said, however that is the only thing that matches the description. The mat is not clear, it is more translucent than clear. This is not a major issue, but not what I expected or wanted. The main problem I have is that it is too soft for a chair to roll on it. Even on my very low pile carpet, the chair causes dips in the mat. When trying to move in the chair, it is basically stuck and requires more energy/force to move the chair on the mat than it does on the carpet. The basic functionality of the mat is to protect the carpet and make it easier to use a chair, however it does this very poorly. This mat is not worth the money spent on it is a very poor value for the money spent. Also, as others have mentioned, it is still rolling up on the ends despite heavy objects sitting on it for well over the suggested time frame. I regret purchasing it. I would attempt a return but there is no way I could roll it back up in the box, so it will just be thrown away. Such a waste of my money.

The size is great, but it's not very firm. My chair wheels are getting stuck because it's not keeping things smooth with the carpet underneath. Maybe it will work better after the carpet has flattened a bit? The one I had previously was very firm/hard plastic and worked great, but was too small.

I bought the 63"x51" floor mat specifically designed for hardwood floors. It's not good at all. It bunches up and looks very unprofessional. The only saving grace is that their customer service is pretty responsive. I'm hopeful that they will accept the used version back as a return because honestly, I have no use for it and am currently looking for a better version of this where the material isn't as pliable. I would avoid the hardwood version of this product at all costs.
