I had to replace my floor mat recently because I was moving my desk off a carpeted area in my home onto the new LVP flooring so the "teeth" on the bottom of my mat wouldn't work on a smooth surface floor. I ordered this mat and was delighted when it arrived. I could not be more pleased as it looks great, lays flat and is thin enough that I don't trip over it. It arrived all rolled up it and came with instructions how to flatten it out but it wasn't even necessary. I put it down on the floor and it immediately flattened out. I also like that it is made out of recycled material. These days finding something of this quality that will last for years is usually hard to do. I would definitely purchased another one if needed, but its multi-colored design, its durability and the protection it provides my apartment flooring will save me $$$ repairing the floor where I sit most of the day when I move again. This mat is a great value all around.

I’m extremely impressed with this Office Chair Mat! The 36" x 48" size is perfect for my workspace, and the espresso color blends in beautifully with my hardwood floor. The material is thick, heavy-duty, and truly non-slip—once it’s in place, it doesn’t move at all. My chair rolls smoothly without scratching or scuffing the floor, and the mat lays completely flat with no curling edges. It’s sturdy, well-made, and does exactly what it promises: protects the floor while making everyday use more comfortable. I was having trouble with my older chair rolling over the floor, but since i put this mat down it rolls effortlessly across the floor! If you need a reliable floor protector that actually looks good and works flawlessly, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

It is one of the Best office chair mats I have used! This mat laid flat super easy and didn’t require any weight or fights with trying to get it to lay flat. It is strong and of a good material that rolls easy. If I need more mats in the future, this is my go to. I was very surprised this was so easy to set up and it’s looks really nice and expensive. My chair rolls well over it also.

This Baroyal mat does exactly what I bought it for. My hardwood floor is fully protected from my office chair wheels, with no scratches or scuffs. It lays flat without curling at the edges, and the chair rolls across it smoothly without the mat shifting around. Build quality feels solid for the price. The downside is that if you have pets, be prepared. Hair clings to the surface and a regular vacuum barely picks any of it up. I’ve had to use a lint roller or rubber broom to really get it clean, which gets old fast. Landing at 4 stars. It does its job well and I’d still recommend it. Just know what you’re signing up for if you’ve got a shedding pet at home.

Frankly I was surprised at the quality. I chose based on ratings, to spend a little more but I did not want to spend alot of money. It is thick, nicely finished, laid down flat out of the box. I thought expresso was a dark brown. This looks more of a dark gray which fits in just fine. The chair moves around easily on it. Unless something goes horribly wrong, I consider this one of my better purchases at amazon

I read many review and then I came across this one. Little more money, but well worth it! It stays in place and does not curl up either. When I got it took out of the box unrolled it and then i rolled it the other way. Unrolled it again and it laid flat and never have had a problem! Cleans easy and I run the vacuum over it all the time.

So far so good. I just got new vinyl flooring and needed these to protect it. I was immediately worried upon arrival because it arrived rolled up. However, very easily flattened in seconds. The quality seems great. It doesn't move when rolled on and is just thick enough. Great value for the price.
