Great mat! Rolls but not slippery
Color: Espresso
Size: 36" x 48"
Great mat for hardwood floors. Lays flat like the color, espresso as was cheaper. Just what we needed. Grippy enough to not sail across the floor we had a chair and I was worried about my mom falling because it would go out from you quick. This is a great solution. Agree it looks better than the clear plastic ones.

Works as good as it looks!
Color: Parchment
Size: 36" x 48"
Third time is a "charm," so the saying goes. Such it is with my third - and finally, great - chair mat to pair with a heavy chair and a (ahem) "heavier" writer. The mat unrolled easily, and quickly found its place behind my writng desk. Trial number one: to see if it stayed in place. It did. Trial number 2: to see if my chair rolled easily. It did. Trial number 3: To see if it in any way bunched up over the course of the day. It did not. And it looks great atop my laminate floor, unlike my previous (unhappy) efforts with clear mats that were a collective disaster. You want a great chair mat? Buy one of these.

Very nice looking, sturdy, does the job!
Color: Espresso
Size: 36" x 48"
I rarely ever do reviews on things, but I am pretty impressed with this desk chair mat so figured I would write one. It stays clean and vacuums very nicely. I saw someone had said it slides but for me it's not been a problem at all, but mine fits right perfectly between the legs of my desk. It never had an odor which I appreciate, it is thin enough not to trip over and sturdy enough to protect my floor from my desk chair. I love this mat and wish I had gotten it sooner!

Nice Mat
Color: Parchment
Size: 36" x 48"
Very nice Mat however, it doesn't stay in place. Other then that, it's easy to roll on and looks nice.

Good Quality, Easy to Clean
Color: Espresso
Size: 36" x 48"
Perfectly sized mat for under the desk to protect wooden floors from office chair wheels. It came rolled up but flattened out almost immediately after placement. It hasn't curled up or become otherwise damaged in the two months since purchase, and it doesn't slide around on the floor. I bought the Espresso color, which is dark gray, exactly as shown in the product pictures. Although pet fur does stand out, you can easily sweep or vacuum the textured plastic material.

Wonderful Procuct

Good Product
Color: Gravel
Size: 30" x 48"
This is a very good product. I put it down on the floor in my office, it pretty much laid right down. I put the chair on the corners on one end of it for a couple hours, probably didn’t need to though. It laid down very good. I’m pleased with the color and the quality of this product. I would recommend buying this. It comes in a variety of colors to choose from.

Solid Floor Protection with One Catch for Pet Owners
Color: Espresso
Size: 36" x 48"
This Baroyal mat does exactly what I bought it for. My hardwood floor is fully protected from my office chair wheels, with no scratches or scuffs. It lays flat without curling at the edges, and the chair rolls across it smoothly without the mat shifting around. Build quality feels solid for the price. The downside is that if you have pets, be prepared. Hair clings to the surface and a regular vacuum barely picks any of it up. I’ve had to use a lint roller or rubber broom to really get it clean, which gets old fast. Landing at 4 stars. It does its job well and I’d still recommend it. Just know what you’re signing up for if you’ve got a shedding pet at home.
