It's really impressive how quick and easy I was able to assemble this portable sauna box by Viconor. The heat feels great, and produces a relaxing steam, it helped with my aches and pains after playing pickleball. The interior is surprisingly roomy, making it comfortable, but I'd get myself a better chair. It's a good way to unwind without feeling cramped. Okay, way better than I was expecting. I’m genuinely shocked that this works so well. I expected to have so many problems, but it’s literally so easy. I’m terrible at assembling things, so it took me longer than other people in the comments to assemble it, but still it only took me like 30 minutes maybe to set up. I keep it in the guest room of my house since I rarely actually have guests, but I know I can EASILY take it apart when guests come, unless of course they want to use it 😂 It honestly doesn’t take up too much space either. I was shocked with how much steam it actually produces- just make sure there’s no kink in the hose or the pressure valve is unscrewed. The remote is awesome because you can adjust the steam level from inside, and so you don’t have to keep it on the highest setting. But if you do keep it on the highest setting, WOW, it’s incredible. The red light makes it feel so cozy (and the red light was honestly the whole reason for my purchase), and the fact that there are little windows you can unzip if it gets too steamy is an AWESOME addition. Highly recommend, coming from someone with severe chronic pain. You can even hang a towel on what’s essentially a little railing on the inside to wipe your face or phone screen!

Used this now for a couple weeks and it's amazing. The steam it produces is adequate and the temperature is spot on. Good portable size that doesn't take too much room up and is easy to assemble. Easy to use and operate, easy to take down when not needed. I think it's a great price point for everything included.

I train 3-4 times a week, I bought this because they gym I go to is renovating a closeby partner gym and their members joined us for next two months so needless to say the sauna at the gym is always stuffed. I figured if I used it a couple times a month at least it would be worth it. I am super suprised as I've literally used it every day after the gym since it arrived. It heats up in about 8 minutes, so it doesn't become a whole thing to get it going which I find actually makes me want to use it more since its so convenient. I usually run it for about 30 minutes while listing to a podcast. It's just the right size so it doesnt feel like you are in a tomb, but doesn't take up too much room in our basement. I have always been skeptical of red light treatment actually working, but I have to say I have seen my skin seem smoother, which isn't something I thought I cared about but it's definitely not a bad thing! Highly recommend for lifters who enjoy being in the sauna but enjoy your privacy. I doubt I will go back to the sauna at the gym even after the temporary people leave.

Update……. Thing didnt last 10 days before the steamer quit working. Rather disappointed. Loved it till it broke. Don’t usually do reviews, but this thing is fantastic. Took about 15/20 minutes to set up(with distractions). Filled the steamer about 2/3 thirds after reading another review. Let it warm up 5 minutes before jumping in. Instant sweat. Felt great after a 20 minute sweat. Zippers could be a little better. But everything worked great.

I wanted to love this product, but the heat level stayed at 35°C with the setting at maximum heat—the sauna was on for nearly an hour before I tested the temperature level. The insulation was not very strong and I felt a lot of cold air seeping into the sauna although everything was closed off. Very disappointed that I spent $200 on this and the product did not work as advertised. I gave this a two star because the build is sturdy and easy to set up. But what you’re paying for was not worth the money.

Love this sauna! I had a few setup hiccups, but customer service was quick and helpful. The built-in thermometer is Celsius, which fine by me, and customer service noted the Fahrenheit option only goes to 90°F, so Celsius makes sense. I use a small digital thermometer to monitor heat and humidity; it consistently reaches 105°F+ with no issues. The fabric and zippers are durable, the unit feels sturdy, and I haven’t noticed steam leaking. This has been a fantastic investment: my sleep and skin have improved, and the red light is a nice extra. Highly recommend. Tips: - Run your A/C or ceiling fan only after your session — running them during use prevents the unit from getting as hot. - Preheat for 10–15 minutes; I grab a water bottle and the unit is ready when I return. - Use a small digital thermometer inside to confirm temperature/humidity. - Add a cup holder to the pole — stroller cup holders work well. - Put a few drops of essential oil in the water for aroma.

This portable red light therapy/sauna has been amazing so far. It is quite large in size (6 ft. tall). It was very easy to setup and start using. I have used it for several weeks now to help with my recent rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis.
