The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about a portable sauna but this thing completely blew me away. Setup took maybe 15 minutes with no tools. The heat-up time is genuinely fast. Within a few minutes I’m already sweating, and the 9 temperature levels let me dial it in exactly how I like. I usually start lower and work my way up. The red light therapy is what really sets this apart from other options I looked at. The dual wavelengths give you that deeper penetration you actually want, and I’ve noticed my muscles feel noticeably less sore after workouts. The combination of steam + red light in one session feels incredibly efficient. The remote control is super convenient. Also the built-in temp/humidity display are nice touches. Its temperature range is perfectly set between 110°F–120°F (43°C–49°C)—just right for a deep, detoxifying sweat and muscle relaxation without ever feeling overwhelming. Let me share my horror story: My previous sauna didn’t have a thermometer and would routinely blast past 125°F (52°C)—with no way to know how hot it actually was. I’d tough it out, only to end up with a racing heartbeat, dizziness, nausea, and once even near-fainting (cold sweats, disorientation… scary stuff!). Turns out, saunas aren’t supposed to be endurance tests—extreme heat strains your heart and body, and can even lead to heatstroke! This Viconor Infrared Sauna Box? Zero such issues. Great portable unit with infrared & steam. Heats up great, just add about 10 minutes to the time you want to sit in it. The unit came with everything you need, including a chair, glasses for the infrared light, sponges to clean up and a pad for the floor. I would definitely purchase this again if needed.
