I just got this unpacked and working today. At least, I think it's working. When I first opened it, I thought "arrgghh - I did it again! Bought another Amazon product with no support, no documentation to speak of". What you can see on the Amazon site for this product has much more information about how to use this thing than the actual "User's Guide". It's a joke. No website - not even a company name. The "warranty card" says to "contact the store" if it dies. In other words, "good luck!" So, that's the bad news, at least for me. Packaging was fine - remote worked fine (needs (2) AAA batteries). It powered up and ran at top speed without bursting into flame. So far, so good. Some of the other reviews mention the "pressure points" for the feet. They are indeed "points". The good news is that they can be popped off with a small screwdriver. And, the unit comes with five more in a bag. At least that's what I think they are. I haven't tried it without the metal buttons - the mount for them is still there - but I'm guessing it'll be much more comfortable without them. I spent a fair amount of time figuring out the remote (not rocket science - but a lot of trial and error) and the Programs - because I couldn't tell if they were actually working or not. They are supposed to run at a programmed speed for a specified time, then increase / decrease as programmed. The differences in speed are quite subtle at the low end - I'm just going to assume they are fine. All in all, this particular unit appears to be functional - but with a nearly complete lack of information, and zero guidance in how to best use it. I did find some YouTube videos with coaches demonstrating their techniques which I found to be quite helpful.

I loved this vibration plate. The vibration is strong and feels very effective. It has spikes in the center that help with circulation, although placing my feet toward the sides makes it more comfortable. I really like that it comes with a remote to control the different speeds, and it also includes resistance bands to work your arms. It has helped me a lot with my lower back pain. I definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting one of these after seeing sooo many influencers talk about how good it is for the lymphatic system. I honestly can’t get enough of this machine, my muscles feel so much less tense, and I feel so good afterwards. I try to get 3 sessions of 5 minutes a day. My kids also can’t get enough of it haha. The settings go up to 999 which is nuts. Great product and great purchase for us.

I’ve been using this vibration plate for a short time, and it’s been a nice addition to my routine. It’s simple to set up, easy to use, and doesn’t take up much space. The vibration levels can be adjusted, so it’s easy to find a setting that feels comfortable. I usually use it for short sessions, sometimes while stretching or doing light exercises. It feels helpful for general movement and circulation, especially on days when I don’t want an intense workout. The machine feels stable, and the controls are straightforward.

The media could not be loaded. I got this because I started working from home more frequently—a good machine for passive exercise, or a quick workout. The machine itself is high quality, and it’s pretty easy to use and move. It comes with a control that allows me to adjust the time and speed while using the machine. I started with shorter sessions and lower intensity, gradually increasing both. It is very functional. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. Now I feel more relaxed after I use it. It's a great addition to my home gym.
