Works great. It is loud but I just put an area rug underneath. I have a yorki with bad joints and he enjoys laying in between our feet on a low setting. I definitely feel more energy the next day. If you have any connective tissue disorders (lipedema) this can cause pretty significant itching. I wear compression garments and use a wood roller on my legs, or if I’m bare leg I use a dry brush. It helps with itching, but also helps aid the vibration plate to move fluid. My only complaint is the remote control doesn’t work.

I don’t know if this will help me lose weight or not but it feels good on my muscles. It relieves my body/“monthly” pain. I feel like it’s is worth it for that alone. I have been using for about 2 weeks, and I have noticed toning in my glutes and they were definitely not that toned before.

I’m not sure if weight loss is something I can look forward to because it’s been too early to tell. I have low back pain which I’ve had for years. I’ve notice when my back is hurting the machine helps. Not sure why. The only thing I can think of it helps my back muscles loosen up. I just know so far it works to relieve the low back pain for a bit.I have notice that many times while I’ve been on the machine it has cause me to need to have a bowel movement. So if you’re someone that suffers from constipation, it might be helpful.

Its been i wanna say about 3 weeks. I use it 4-5 times a week. Settings always at a 1. I feel like the more I am on it, the less it vibrates. I dont know how to fix it. Also, when it did work, it vibrated very loud as if it was hitting something underneath each time. I regret not getting the 2 year warranty plan!

I’ve been using this vibration plate for about four months, usually 10 to 20 minutes a day skipping the weekends. I like to keep mine at my desk at work. Have not had any issues with it except the power cord coming out of the machine sometimes. This does not much affect my use of it. Love my vibration plate!
