  • Great for the disabled or those who don’t move a lot.
Color: Blue
As a first-time user, I want to warn others, like me with sedentary lifestyles that using a vibration plate may cause intense itching at first. This sensation usually fades shortly after stopping, but the degree of itchiness can vary greatly depending on the user. I’m 36 and have limb girdle muscular dystrophy, relying on a cane and scooter for mobility. I deal with chronic pain and fatigue, but I’ve found this device to be promising after only a few days of use. On my first try, I set the plate to the lowest speed. After 45 seconds, I experienced intense itching in my calves and thighs, peaking at about a minute with some redness and mottling from increased blood flow. This response indicates muscle activation, increased blood flow and lymphatic movement which is beneficial for me. However, anyone with cardiovascular issues should consult a doctor before using it. The machine engages muscles I no longer use, and I believe it will improve my balance and muscle maintenance. I’ve also noticed enhanced digestive function, which is a bonus. Initially, I could only last just over a minute, due to the intense itch, so I adapted by sitting on the couch with my feet on the machine. I gradually increased my duration to four minutes and then eight minutes on day two. On just day three, I completed 10 minutes sitting down and then stood for another 10 minutes with minimal itching! My husband (39y truck driver) tried the plate as well, managing to exceed the lowest setting on his first attempt. He experienced mild itching but also noticed improved digestion and relief from nerve pain in his back. I believe this device could be beneficial for anyone, especially those with limited mobility or who spend time in a wheelchair; resting your feet on the machine can still help (consult a medical professional beforehand). I generally find fitness gadgets gimmicky, but I genuinely feel this vibration plate offers health benefits. I anticipate reduced cellulite, increased lymphatic activity, improved balance, and less pain. I'm optimistic it will help my chronic fatigue. The unexpected increase in digestive tract movement is an awesome side effect. The machine has speed settings up to 150 and seems well-made. I’ll update my review after a few weeks of use. So far I highly suggest giving this a try!! ... show more

  • Use This All the Time — So Worth It
Color: Blue
I absolutely LOVE this vibration plate. It has honestly become one of my favorite purchases for my health and comfort. This machine really helps alleviate my “grown woman” body aches. I notice a big difference when I use it consistently—I wake up with much less stiffness, and my body just feels better overall. It also helps a lot with lymphatic drainage, especially when my legs and calves are feeling swollen. I love that I can use it even on low-energy days when I do not feel like doing a full workout but still want to get my body moving. It is easy to use, has a lot of speed options, and you can really feel it working. The machine feels sturdy, well-made, and perfect for home use. For me, it has been great for circulation, tension, recovery, and just feeling better in my body. If you are thinking about getting one, I definitely recommend it. It is easy, effective, and actually makes me want to stay consistent. ... show more

  • Works great!
Color: Blue
It works great. I have had no issues with the remote as some reviews indicate. I like the width of it, the stability and the numerous levels available. I use the preset programs often and they change intensity levels throughout the time frame as they are supposed do - some thought that was a defect. If you want the level to be unchanged, then you simply choose the level and not a preset program. I would recommend this purchase - I bought for a terrific sale price. I find it relaxing and easily moved from room to room. ... show more

  • Highly Recommend!
Color: Blue
Purchased this as a replacement for a different brand that developed a loud banging noise. This one is very quiet and works very well. Easy to use, especially with the provided remote. We use it to improve our circulation in our lower legs, and it seems to work great for that. Highly recommend!

  • Initial findings... great machine
Color: Blue
UPDATE ~~~~~~ I thought I'd give an update after a couple of months usage. I'm not using the Vibration Machine 20 mins a day. Currently set on 80. I use 10lb weights (you don't need anything expensive) while performing curls, stretches and rotations. It took a week or so to get used to doing this as I had soreness in my back and chest from muscles that hadn't seen this much exercise in years even though this is a supplement to a 2-1/2 workout which I've been doing for many years. My gf noticed that there is a slight but noticeable increase in muscle tone to my butt, back, chest and arms. I can see the difference also. I've thought of many different exercises I could add to my vibration workout. While you could just stand on the machine and let it do its thing, adding movement of your body (stretches, upper body twists etc) and using resistance or weights really does have a significant improvement. None the less, like all exercise, there's no magic. While the ads on TV etc may try to tell you you can workout without any effort, just let the machine do it for you or eat these magic pills... that's hogwash. Exercise and nutrition are equally as important as is getting your Drs approval/input BEFORE you start any exercise regimen. This is especially important if you have an existing medical issue like joints, back injury, heart condition etc. None the less, I am impressed that this machine has made a noticeable difference and improved my workouts yet is such a low cost. BTW, I see that one major manufacturer is now advertising a similar product on TV for nearly 4x the cost as this one. Not arguing that issue, just noting that the "big" boys also seem to have woken up to the value of Vibration exercise. I still have zero use for the Bluetooth feature and I wish there was a way to change the settings so it defaults to mine every time I power on but those are trivial points. I've found some bungee cords at an auto shop which I've modified to fit my machine to replace the ones provided which didn't provide sufficient resistance. I'll add these in to the exercise maybe once a week although I'm getting great results from free weights already Still recommending this and very pleased with my purchase. ORIGINAL REVIEW ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I work out 2-1/2hrs a day but I wanted to find something I could use while sitting at my desk (which I have to for hours). I'm not a fan of those elliptical machines under the desk as my legs are long and bang on the underside of the desk. I had read up on these machines and decided to go with this model due to reviews and price. I've tried this machine both sitting and standing and overall I can say I'm very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the unit. It's got some eight but is not what I'd cal heavy. The suction feet work great on my tile floor, it doesn't move a centimeter. I do have to caution some potential buyers though... even on the lowest setting, with your feet close to the center as possible this does produce a good vibration (no pun intended). So if you have ankle, knee or hip joint issues, PLEASE consult your Dr first. What I like about the machine is that you can get varying vibrational response simply by moving your feet closer to the center (lower vibration) or to the outside edge (higher vibration). You can adjust the intensity from 1 to 120. The changes are small so you can dial in something exactly to your needs using the settable intensity level and changing your feet position. The timer can be adjusted in seconds up to 20 minutes. I have not used the "Bluetooth". Not of interest to me. I have used the resistance bands but in my case, I found them ineffective. They were too short (I'm 6') and not enough resistance but I would say for someone shorter or just looking for mild resistance they will definitely do the job. Instead I use dumbbells and do curls while standing. I have found (and the pamphlet states this) you can get a totally different exercise if you stand up straight versus bend your knees. I've tried both and surprised as the difference it makes. I have not used it in any other position, for example laying my legs across or resting my arms on it. The vibration even on lower settings will definitely be felt from toe to tip of your head. I cannot attest to how effective it is in losing weight as that's not my goal. Also, I am dubious of claims that 10 minutes of this can replace 20 mins of Yoga etc... Specifically it might in a caloric manner maybe but NOT in overall health benefits. Simply put, there's no magic solution to being healthy/fit by simply using a machine for 10 or even 20 minutes. Cardiovascular exercise cannot be replicated, nor can weight training/stretching exercises, by a vibrating machine. However... any device you use along with healthy diet and exercise is good for you. This machine is very easy to use, it may not have all the glamor and glitz of a machine twice the cost but it is definitely a useful addition to my gym and workouts. I would definitely recommend this one to supplement your exercise regimen. Very pleased with my decision to buy this specific model. I'll update my review in about a month as to what benefits I can definitely attribute using this has helped (be it butt firming etc) ... show more

  • I am out the purchase price, and everyone needs to know this before buying this product.
Color: Blue
We bought this in March of this year, 2026, from the Amazon website. As of June 3, 2026 it is dead. Here is what I explained to the manufacturer because Amazon won't help at all: "I purchased the HVX Vibration Platform on March 20, 2026 from Amazon. Please see proof of purchase in attached screen clip. On June 3, 2026 I sat on it after the standing session to get a deeper vibration into my left hip. Good stuff, right there. Hip loves it. I heard a clunk. Then the thing started vibrating at max speed, I think. I never increase the speed and thought, “Wow, faster really has a deeper punch” and then it stopped after less than 10 seconds. Clunk, hard core vibes, died. I owned it 75 days, but I only used it less than 20 times. I mostly rebound. I thought about opening it up and poking around inside, but I am not a fixer kind of gal. Hoping I can swap it out with another one. Amazon said this is outside the warranty, but your website said it has a one-year warranty and does not have any caveat about “special conditions apply”. This is not a return period issue related to not wanting the product anymore. I want the product. I also want the product to work. The instructions say you can sit on it. Why would it break with my weight sitting on it but not standing on it. I am over 200 lbs., so I am not saying I am light as a feather, but if an inflatable floatation device can tolerate 300 lbs. my 220 is not a danger to the device, right?" The manufacturer responded with wanting me to insert a key of some kind but there is no place to insert a key, and there was not key in the packaging so that was a no go. The other solutions offered were to turn it off for more than a minute and turn it back on, and/or change the batteries in the remote control. I replied that the product did not come with a key or a keyhole to open it up. I asked if we were talking about the same product. I wait to hear back. The manufacturer is overseas because the email converted into an Asian language and has headers and titles in that foreign language. With this information I think it is fair to say the likelihood of anyone participating in making this right, in my opinion, is less than 10%. I was deeply disappointed in Amazon not honoring a return, or even a replacement. It supports the concept that Amazon is done love-bombing the public and like Walmart did, they are dialing back on how they care for the customers (and employees), the quality of what is sold under their roof, and giving less consideration to how they show up across the board because they don't have real competition that keeps them in check. I am out the purchase price, and I think everyone needs to know about this experience before buying this product. ... show more
