This phone stand is easy to put together, good quality, and has a slightly weighted base. I did not have to remove my case or popsocket to use it, and there's no pressure being put on the phone. I have used it with phones of different sizes, both horizontally and vertically, with no issue. Where the phone rests is rubberized and slightly grippy, but especially with the extra bulk of a case etc, I think the phone could fall if jostled. However, with normal usage, it keeps the phone stable and can be adjusted easily. I do wish it extended a little taller, but it is a really good range for desktop use. It’s been pretty sturdy and I love the tilt feature. It’s not compact or foldable but I wasn’t looking for one that was. So if you are this isn’t for you. I’m a bit disappointed with the height adjustment. Your only get about 1 1/2 inch difference between when it up and down.
