It was a 30 minute install (including taking the old one out). It works fine being cut off and on from power. Be patient on the first lighting. This water heater works perfectly fine, it’s got a perfect size and works fine apart from that. It is very easy to install and goes right into the spots same size as the one that was there that didn’t even work. I showered for three minutes and the water turned cold. This one is amazing now I can finally take my showers.

After 1 month installed and only using this maybe a total of 7 days the Control Board went bad and now this is not working at all. Amazon helped the best they could with a $55 credit for a product that cost $210. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Bought it for a neighbor when their water heater broke, needed something in a pinch and figured I would try it. Worked out great. Many people complain about gas leeks on here and a little Teflon tape fixed that. He liked it so much he talked me into buying one. First night my wife took an hour long shower and did not run out of hot water. I will recommend to everyone. If you install in your rv make sure you get extensions for your hoses. These are a lot shorter than the tank heaters and your hoses may not reach. P.S. explain to your wife to let it run for 30 seconds to get hot before yelling you that the water heaters broken and have you chasing a problems that arnt there 😂😂

It was fairly easy to install and I really love having endless hot water. My only drawback besides having to wait a minute for it to reach temperature, is that I get an Error every time I use it! It’s very frustrating

So far it is working very nicely. So glad I went tabkless. Its nice having hot water within 10 seconds of turning the water on. And the continuous hot water without any interruption is nice. And it was easy to install. Water flow is good and I like the way it looks on the outside of my camper
