I had to dress the threaded shaft a little to install bearing while assembling. After assembly, it worked perfect. It takes a 1/2 drive socket adapter and 7/8" socket to use a drill. My 20v max drill worked it easily. The lift will go much higher than I need it to. I really think it would go high enough to flip mower. About half way was perfect for me because my deck was hitting the ground on opposite side and I didn't want to bend or warp anything. I have plenty of working room to do anything i need to do under mower. Stores flush with the wall in my garage, not to heavy, great value for the $$$

This item is absolute junk, I should have listened to the other reviews. Build quality is terrible, instructions for assembly are worse, and then use of the product is awful.

after receiving the mower lift, I put it together in about 10 minutes. instructions/pictures were very good. everything fit and I test it on my John Deere 110. worked perfectly!!! would buy again. also, after folding the lift screw, it takes up no room...leaned it against the wall! :)

This item is well built and sturdy. However, the part that screws onto the threaded rod wouldn't fit. Turns out it had different sized threads. Also the drill adapter that allowed you to raise and lower required a drill with a 3/4 inch chuck, much larger than most home drills. Was hoping for a better experience.

Well, it does work but a bear to put together. The screw crank rod did not fit the bearing. I spent a large amount of time sanding it down to fit. Had damage to coating on end pieces and were rusting. The 2 pcs that came in plastic bag were rusted. I did not expect perfection at this price, but seller should at least make sure everything fits together. The rust I can deal with a little paint.
