The instructions are not very clear and the stop ring does not show how to set it up, thus causing a real hard experience to raise and lower the lift, I wish I had bought from somewhere else

    • Great mower lift
I had to dress the threaded shaft a little to install bearing while assembling. After assembly, it worked perfect. It takes a 1/2 drive socket adapter and 7/8" socket to use a drill. My 20v max drill worked it easily. The lift will go much higher than I need it to. I really think it would go high enough to flip mower. About half way was perfect for me because my deck was hitting the ground on opposite side and I didn't want to bend or warp anything. I have plenty of working room to do anything i need to do under mower. Stores flush with the wall in my garage, not to heavy, great value for the $$$ ... show more

Difficult to assemble and instructions were not good. Does not feel very secure when lifting the tractor. Folds fairly flat but still takes up a good amount of space. I see myself using this only as long as it takes for me to find a different solution, then trashing it with prejudice. Did get the mower up enough so I could change the blades, so it was at least functional. ... show more

This item is absolute junk, I should have listened to the other reviews. Build quality is terrible, instructions for assembly are worse, and then use of the product is awful.

One of the reasons I bought this was because you could either hand crank it or attach a handle to use with a drill. (having arthritis in my hands I thought this feature would really help). Well, I don't know how big of drills these people use at their houses, but I have 5 drills at mine up to a large hammer drill and the drill attachment that came with this is way to big to fit. It's octagonal and just slightly under an 1" wide. I don't know anyone who has a home drill that has a 1" Chuck on it. I should send it back and try a different brand because hand cranking this is going to really hurt me, but I guess for the few times I will be using it, it might be ok. Parts won’t go together because of excess paint and welds. There are weld drips that will cut you. The paint was still sticky and it just comes right off.

This item is well built and sturdy. However, the part that screws onto the threaded rod wouldn't fit. Turns out it had different sized threads. Also the drill adapter that allowed you to raise and lower required a drill with a 3/4 inch chuck, much larger than most home drills. Was hoping for a better experience. ... show more
