Absolutely Excellent Product! I had to change out my mower blades the other day as well as keep tabs on the under carriage of my Cub Cadet LT46 lawn tractor and this device made it so very easy! I love the fact that it is hydraulic and works so smooth lifting up the 420 mower! And when it is up to highest setting which is about 25 inches it has these locking pins that are spring loaded on each and as the lift "passes" those you flip the lever and the pins will protrude into that arms that is holding the weight of the mower! So you don't have to worry about if the hydraulic bottle jack fails it possibly could slam to the ground with you underneath it! Yikes! I was extremely comfortable working under there changing my blades out for new ones! I will say this it is about 60lbs so it's heavy to move but that is also what makes it an excellent product for longevity in usage. Well worth the money to me, I think if your wanting a product like this that is built to last this is it!! Highly Recommend it! ... show more

Good buy for smaller machines

Pain the the backside to assemble, drive nut welds are sloppy causing ill fitment. Works great once you figure out the loading process. Good buy for the price, reasonable weight for the lift capacity, although it tends to slide easily on grass. Well built otherwise, so should be durable

Not Perfect But Way Better Than Sending It To The Shop

I bought this Mower Lift to use with my Cub Cadet ZT-1 mower when I got tired of taking it to the shop and paying twice the cost of this lift to get blades changed and belts put back on. The lift was easy to assemble and move around. Getting the lawn mower onto the lift is a challenge because the brackets that hold the wheel do not sit on the floor, they are 2-3 inches off the floor. My drive belt was off so the mower would not move. I have to lift the front of the mower and have my Wife slide the mower lift underneath. The mower lift was easy to use and lifted the mower easily to what was a very good working height. Once lifted, the mower was very stable and did not move. I completed my repairs and blade change easily. As for storing the mower lift, the picture shows it leaning against the wall. This is not possible as the mower lift rolls away, so I will have to figure out how to mount some type of bracket to the wall or otherwise store it flat on the floor. Overall, a very good purchase and will allow me to do almost all of my mower maintenance at home. ... show more

I purchased this version because of the price, I only plan on using this a few times a year so why get the expensive lifts, I tried this out and it performed very well, be sure to put a jack-stand under your machine while you have it in the air. the instructions on how to put it together was lacking, but it's not to hard to figure out, I like how it stores flat against the wall when not in use. Delivered at 5:30 pm. Assembly is so simple, it’s not 6:30 and it’s assembled, put my new mulching blades on the zero turn and did a quick spin around the yard. Seller isnt customer friendly

I purchased this product for my cub cadet zt1 42. Product discrption said it will work perfectly. Wrong....the wheel base on my mower was 3 inches longer. And the product design itself was pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. I put it all back in the box for a return and was then contacted by the seller....they asked why i was returning it. I told them it is too small of a wheel base.. ...they then asked for me to unpack my return...take pictures and send them the pictures. I said No....i already packed it up and i was not unpacking it and not sending pictures. I said id like a full refund. The cost was 85 dollars they charged me 72 dollars to ship it back to them through the UPS drop off per Amazon .My full refund was 13 dollars. So im out 72 bucks and there a sham company for sticking me with the shipping cost for a product that was misrepresented in the product description as it would work ... show more

Wished I had this years ago

No issues with assembly or the quality of the parts. Tried it out on my Cub Cadet 46” riding mower and it worked great. I will say I used it in my garage on a concrete floor so I can’t speak to how good it works on gravel or dirt. I did add more grease to the screw and ran it up and down a couple of times first before actually using it. For the money it does what I wanted it to do, blade changing is easier and quicker. I recommend it to anyone looking for a stable lift at a good price. ... show more

Hard to lift and terrible instructions

Terrible instructions. I don't know why these companies don't employ an English-speaking engineer or someone with mechanical aptitude to write their instructions. Best option is to just look at the diagram. The lift Works adequately but it is by no means smooth or easy. Neither one of my battery operated DeWalt drills generate enough torque to lift the mower which is a smaller Cub Cadet 46 in. I have to use my impact wrench which makes for a very jerky and slow lift. Also instead of making the hand crank compatible with the bolt on top of the lifting screw it's a completely separate design so either you have to install the bolt to use with an impact gun or take that off and install the hand crank to use that. Poor engineering. It is unfortunate because I have a heavy duty Vevor lawn and garden cart and it's build quality is exceptional. I was hoping for the same with this mower lift from the same company. I will keep it because I only service my mower once a year and it is adequate for that purpose. ... show more
