My first time in needed to use this 3/4” 100 foot sewer cleaner was unfortunately after the return period. The cable will twist upon itself in the orange spinning cable holder when there is any tension placed on it such as anything that would be in a clogged sewer. It took me approx 30 minutes to take it apart, pull the stiff 3/4” steel cables down the feeder shoot, pull the cable out one of the slot holes, then pull it out until I got to the twist. Then feed it back through the feeder shoot and reassemble. I did this FIVE times last Saturday and was unable to finish the job. The next day I had to go to Home Depot and rent a better one. The seller’s phone number is out of order. Two emails have been sent and unanswered. Amazon customer service said they can’t do anything since it is past the return date. DO NOT BUY this for $600!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cable kept jamming inside drum, and wouldn’t let any more cable out. The feed stopped working it wouldn’t go in or out. I had to pull it out by hand . Then to top it off any time i touched the machine or cable i kept getting shocked with 120 volts ac.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER… We contacted these folks because unit was damaged in shipping. Tried using it as they suggested and the cable just about ripped my husbands arm off. After returning their unit they have only made a partial refund.

The machine came with the wrong handle! It is about 3" too narrow to fit the machine. So there is no way to tilt it and use the wheels and boy is it heavy. No way to contact them -- no customer service number in the literature. The machine appears to work, just need the correct handle.

The media could not be loaded. NO - for something that is supposed to be brand new to be delivered with a bent shaft and wobbly is not acceptable

Assembly iffy if you're not used to putting things together. Auto feed is the only reason it doesn't get a negative review. I read so many reviews saying that it tangled up and I thought it was operator error but it's tangled in the drum before you even use it. Auto feed slowly and I mean very slowly feeds the cable and it does about 10 feet every hour. I gave up tonight because I have to get up for work. Will update my review after it finally release allllllllll the cable
