If you're looking for a bigger container to store your food, this may not work out for you. I need to take a person to eat several small meals instead of one very large meal, and it is a perfect lunch and snack for me. An adult woman. There are a lot of reviews saying that it is child size, I guess I just don't eat a lot, but this was perfect for me. The top section is not leak proof, but I'm looking to get a little rubber gasket to add to it to make it leak proof. I haven't tested the bottom portion for leak-proofness, and I can't do that test anymore because today I microwaved the bottom portion with the dark brown lid that divides the two sections. Why? Because I forgot that it wasn't microwave safe and it warped. A lot. I may need to buy a replacement it is so bad. But here's the thing, I'm going to buy a replacement because I love this lunch container. It's also worth it just because it's Totoro. Pros: Perfect portion for lunch and snack or breakfast and snack. Totoro is adorable. Snaps securely. Cons: Top isn't leakproof Fork it comes with is useless, too small and dull.
