By handling the job myself, I saved a substantial amount of money compared to hiring a professional. An added benefit is that I now have the tool available to help family members if similar issues arise in the future. There’s not a lot of reviews out there for this machine and it really is a quality machine. I have the 1/2”, 100’ cable size. It may be suitable for light commercial work but is definitely a robust DIY tool. I used it to remove roots from a French drain system. The 4” pipes were not packed full of roots as I maintain the system regularly but there were enough to warrant attention. The standard bulb shaped spring head did an excellent job grabbing the roots and the 1/2” cable had enough power to rip the roots free. Be careful and feel the cable start to tension and be ready to stop the machine and reverse it if the cable feels like it wants to twist on itself. I had no issues removing the roots in about 200 feet of pipe with clean outs at regular intervals. The max cable I had out was about 60’. The unit comes with a number of different cutting heads that may be useful but I was able to do what I needed to do with just the spring bulb. It really is easy to use but, if you don’t have experience with a drain auger, watch some YouTube videos. This machine seems to be pretty durable, just make sure you maintain the cable properly and oil it after EVERY use. All in all this is a 100% functional machine for the cost of a professional drain service company visit and you’ll own it for next time. I’ve include a picture of how the machine removes the roots. And, one more thing, you really need a sewer inspection camera to go with the auger or you’re just guessing how well you’ve cleaned out the pipes.

I purchased your 75' drain cleaner after I had my sewer line scoped with a camera which Identified tree roots had infiltrated the line. The camera located 3 locations that needed maintenance performed to remove the roots. The distance to the main was 67'. Your 75' 1/2" cable with attachments worked perfectly. The price was very reasonable compared to renting one for $75 for 4 hrs with the physical stress of loading and unloading on a truck. All of the attachments were available with the purchase to allow a safe and comprehensive maintenance clean out. Hiring a company to perform the maintenance would have almost paid for the purchase of the drain cleaner I bought from you. Unboxing, assembling, completing maintenance on the sewer line took less than 3 hrs start to finish. I have 2 smaller tasks to perform now on 2 house drains that I am certain this tool will work perfectly for. Hiring a plumber to do these minor maintenance tasks would easily exceed $1,000 dollars. You have a great tool at a great price with fast delivery.

Despite arriving in a heavily damaged box (a condition that it likely acquired in transit), the drain cleaner itself was in perfect condition. For the record, I purchased the 100 ft, 1/2" model. No parts were missing, and there was no apparent damage to the hardware. I had a few questions about setup and usage, which were promptly addressed by the seller and manufacturer, and this played a vital role in my overall satisfaction with my purchase. Their response time was reasonably quick, and their level of communication polite and professional. I just hope I was interacting with real people, and not an AI bot. The cleaner required very little assembly, and once it was up and ready, I put it to the test. We had a clog in our kitchen sink that after repeated cleanings with a 6 foot snake would only be somewhat cleared temprarily. After reviewing several Drain Cleaners we chose Populo 50Ft Auto Feed for it's great reviews and comments and it's sturdy build and many cutting/cleaning attachments. All directions included were clear to understand and easy both for the build and for use. We were able to both reach and clear the stubborn clog after using both the cutter and cleaner attachments. This clog alone would have cost us the price of this easy to use drain cleaner. We would highly recommend this product and would definately buy again.
