- Incredibly solid and well-built, this sturdy smokers door seals in the smoke. The extra wide racks allow for ample airflow around the meat. Both the water bowl and wood chip tray are easy to access.
- Water and wood chip trays with roomy capacity, as they do not have to be replenished as frequently during smoking. These trays can be removed without opening the main cooking chamber to reduce heat loss.
- Smokers with wider racks to allow for larger-format smoking or big cuts of meat. The door of the cooking chamber can seal tightly shut, to trap smoke inside with minimal leaks.
- The design of the cooking grates is ingenious; theyre specially fitted to the interior rails, which makes them easy to slide out, even with food on them. Also, the Interval of rails are adjustable in order to fit different sized food items.
- Note: Never use the smoker when the wood chip tray or water pan is removed. Keep the bottom and sides away from flammable materials such as grass, leaves, branches, or wood.

I've had 2 electric smokers that were great, but they are hard to clean and unless you take very good care of them they don't last long, electronic go bad. Figured I'd try gas, this smoker is smaller than the electric ones. Full brisket needs to be cut in half and put on 2 shelves. The sides and back are not insulated but it can still get up to 300 degrees plus. Minimum temp around 200-225 which is perfect for smoking. Burner stays lit even in semi windy conditions. No moving parts so you can literally hose it down, I run the heat awhile to dry out. Electric start still works but I'm sure that'll stop eventually, but then a long Match could start it. It did have a dent on top like others posted but no way hinders operation and doesn't look that bad really. For sub $200 it's a great little smoker. My last electric didn't produce any smoke, had to get separate smoke chamber, this thing smokes fantastic. Great intro to smoking item or new to gas smoking.

This is a nice little smoker. Uses wood chips or I found that you can split chunks into sticks and that works as well. Can be used for cold smoking by using a pellet tube or a maze grate. It hold temp well but you should be versed in fire mangement to get the most out of this little guy. Even if it uses a propane burner learning how to vent this with the door and keeping the cook chamber to your desired temp is do able. It was rather easy to assemble and I habe been using it constantly. I really like this little smoker. Here is some bacon that was smoked on it.

First time ever to have a propane smoker and I was impressed. This is a small but great little smoker. I was able to smoke a 12lb turkey easily ..with sausage also Definitely recommend a second person to assist when you put it together.

Smoker arrived broken, flimsy metal and welds gave out during shipping. We were made to pay to ship it back over 100 bucks ! Definitely not a smart purchase
