The first night we used it were perfectly and the meat came out wonderful. I'd highly recommend this to anybody who wants a little smoker. That's automatically fed that uses pallets. You won't be disappointed

I used this smoker twice and it has already stopped working. For something that should last much longer, this is extremely disappointing. I expected better reliability and build quality.

I don't do many reviews but I had to do this one. What I really liked was that the sellers stood by their product and helped me when I messed up be not paying attention to the instructions. They sent me a new part which was easy to install. After running it for it's initial burn, I smoked some chicken thighs and they were absolutely great.Brisket is next. ... show more

    • This was all beat up when it arrived. Had dents everywhere
Arrived dented in several places. I had to straighten some parts just to assemble it. It does work, but somewhere between China and Oklahoma it was dropped. Maybe more than once. Too big to return as I had to destroy what remained of the box just to remove it from packaging. Took 2 hours to assemble. ... show more
