Idislike the fact that this product is not made to print checks. it's simply repurposed. I was told from HP, when I called customer support, that this is a cheap printer and that may be why I'm having problems. (Like, litteraly almost verbatim. He actually used the word cheap on the phone). Every check that was printed failed to read in a reader. I assumed it was an ink problem. Purchased a different printer and software and it works fine this one does not work at all furthermore they failed to tell you that you have to pay to print these checks. I had to pay for some certification for each account. Without paying, the checks will ALL print out "void". I took a test check that I printed for myself to the bank the bank says the water marks are all legit, check looked great, but.... that magnetic ink failed to read. The software that comes with the printer is also kind of dumb, its functionality sucks. ... show more

Please read the print that"s not there a month in to this a it still doesnt work. U order kit but then they make you keep buying stuff then will direct u to quick or quicken books. It is most definitely a rip off. It'll direct u to down load things thats not even there. 300. Later and i still cant print a check and they want me to order more stuff. No Way i want a refund. Ive never had this much trouble with a down load . i think they should have to put all up front cost in plain veiw. I ordered the kit so id have everything i needed. ... show more

Works great and the multi pack of check styles is awesome. Sucks that it doesn’t come with the cord to plug into your computer or laptop but Walmart has them for $5 so I guess it wasn’t that big a deal. The program does not work with MAC so I had issues and ended up returning the whole thing in the end. But I would recommend this to PC or regular laptop owners for sure. ... show more

The product doesn’t print correctly, I received it broke , with no ink cartridge , I had to buy some , and the printer won’t correctly hold the paper , worst printer to get , I will be refunding this product

Bought this in June used it 1x per week to print approximately 10 checks and it stopped working January 15. I would not recommend buying this product.
