I purchased a 90ft line and after having spent quite some time setting it up, it is fun for kids at a reasonable price. During installation, you need two people for tightening the cable, the cable needs to be very tight, otherwise it will sag too much. There are two major issues with it: 1) the instructions in the video and in the manual are not compatible, you cannot end up with the same configuration of the diagram in the manual following the video, however the video has the correct configuration (do not follow the manual for installation, apart from measurements etc); 2) I am skeptical about the quality; one of the protective mats already partially ripped and we used it just one day, I am not sure how long will the cable last and be safe to use. ... show more

We finally got the zip line hung and tensioned after getting hardier clamps locally. After some fun runs, the cable snapped with a 150lb person on it, nowhere close to the weight limit. Despite there being a 10 year warranty listed, there are no contact details included. Would love to have this back up to enjoy with our family, but are currently troubleshooting and chasing down warranty details instead... ... show more
