The lenses are great, especially if you swim during the day with strong sunlight. The only issue I had was a sharp edge on the nose side of the lenses (see picture) which hurts. The straps got really dry really fast, and are about to rip apart.

Get's the job done. The edges were a little jagged when I first received them so I had to sand it down a little. The lens themselves are a lot more round than I recall them being in the past so it's a little tricky to get snug for my face/eyes.

I bought these goggles to train on my own. I have had these for over 2 years and they are still doing the job. The only thing that I changed right when I bought these goggles was that I bought a bungee strap instead of using the strap that it came with. (Just my preference because I been swimming for over 20 years). If I ever lose these goggles or wear them out I would by another pair. ... show more

    • What I wanted, but arrived damaged.
As someone who has used Swedish style goggles for over 20 years, I ordered these since I was unable to find anything locally. I bought a pair of the silver and the gold. The silver pair arrived with one of the eye pieces having a scratch from side to side. The gold arrived with multiple little scratches and signs of the protective cover beginning to come off. The design of these goggles is what I was looking for. Unfortunately, with both items being damaged I am returning them. Only goggles I'll ever use are these Swedish type goggles. When I used to swim competitively they NEVER fell off my face when I dove into the pool. I don't know what type of magic went into making these but I definitely recommend.

Got the metallic for the sun and cut down on the brightness. Have been wearing these for 15+ years. These goggles are a must because they are a swimming staple. Always, always, always come through (I hope I don't jinx myself! haha)

With no cushion around the eye.pieces, it was uncomfortable to wear. I let a friend try them as well & she had the same problem. I have another friend who swears by these goggles so they work for some.
