WAY better than expected. For the price it was a steal! Installation was self explanatory and very easy. Only complaint is I got matte black and the adjustable metal pliers I used to tighten things down scratched the paint off (even using a soft rag between the pliers and shower assembly). It looks just like the pictures. It is easy to adjust and the sprayer settinge are great. Very, VERY Good pressure from the hand sprayer (dirty, greasy guy friendly). The shower experience was phenomenal. As soon as I got in the shower I got chills from feeling almost my entire body being covered in water at once. This completely changed taking a shower. Almost too good to have in my own bathroom.

I’m very impressed with the Veken 11.8” Rain Shower Head with Handheld. The large rainfall shower head provides excellent coverage and creates a relaxing, spa-like experience, while the handheld shower offers multiple spray modes that are perfect for rinsing, cleaning the shower, or bathing pets. The water pressure is surprisingly strong, even with both shower heads running. The 15-inch metal extension arm makes it easy to adjust the height and angle, giving much better flexibility than a standard shower head. Installation was quick and straightforward, with no special tools required. The chrome finish looks sleek and modern, adding a nice touch to the bathroom. Overall, this shower combo delivers excellent performance, quality, and value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable upgrade.

I was expecting this showerhead to reduce the water pressure because of its size and I was blown away how well the water pressure remains very strong. It was incredibly easy to install no leakage at all and turned my shower into a spa shower highly recommend worth every penny.

Good coverage and handheld bracket is great for positioning at just the right height for people who use a shower bench or chair. For better control it is best to set upper knob for handheld only before turning on the water so water can be directed away from bather while optimal temperature is being reached. If overhead rain unit is used it is best to tilt downward after the shower to drain it well. Installation of this showerhead combination is straightforward and, best of all, unit does not leak! Appearance is attractive, water flow seems very good, materials seem to be robust. After installing one we were so pleased we ordered another one and have had the same great results. The Veken is the best combination shower system we have found in years and seems to be a good value for the money. We only wish there was an option for a longer hose for the handheld head.

I love this purchase. The shower head, and hand-held shower head, work very well. It's a nice-looking unit and comes with a few spare parts, just in case. I also love the instructions and "trouble-shooting" part of the instructions, which were extremely helpful. The water pressure is good and the "rain" shower head is perfect, very relaxing.

I’ve installed quite a few shower heads over the years, from bargain-bin Amazon specials to name-brand units that cost two or three times as much. This is easily one of the best values I’ve come across. I’ve used this brand before, and decided to come back since I loved my previous shower head from them. The instructions were crystal clear, installation was straightforward, and everything fit together exactly as it should. The metal components feel incredibly solid and well-made. Nothing feels cheap, flimsy, or like it was built to fail after six months. Honestly, the build quality reminds me of products that cost significantly more. Most importantly: it doesn’t leak. After fighting with another shower head I ordered for our new apartment that leaked from every possible seam, this one went on, sealed properly, and worked exactly as advertised. The rainfall head feels great, the handheld works well, and the overall finish and construction exceeded my expectations. For the price, I genuinely don’t know how they pulled this off. My only criticism is extremely minor: after shutting the water off, it drips a little bit while the remaining water drains from the head. That’s completely normal for a large rainfall-style shower head and isn’t even remotely enough to deduct a star. If this shower head cost twice as much, I’d still think it was a good purchase. At its current price, it’s an absolute steal.

Extremely easy to install, no leaks. It has really great pressure. I installed this in my kids' bathroom so that I could hang the handheld sprayer lower. No regrets. The adhesive has been strong. I'm actually jealous that this isn't the shower head in my own bathroom. I'm highly considering buying a second one to have in mine.
