+update+ customer service is top notch, fixed the problem with the shower head. do not hesitate to purchase this. This shower head was quick to install. I removed the flow regulator, and it had lots of water pressure. The only problem was the attachment pole, between the shower head, and wand attachment. I could not get this to not leak. it seemed like the inside was defective, and no amount of plumbers tape, or tightening would stop it leaking. I ended up just removing it, and connecting the wand hose directly, and that worked out perfect. For the price though, I feel like that is a big issue. aside from all of that, the quality was really nice, and looked very classy.

Easy to install. Works great for washing the dogs with the handheld, and the waterfall shower head is wonderful. No leaks. Feels a little light for being chrome, so not sure about that. When I tried to use the plumber tape, I couldn’t get the threads to line up-so skipped it and no leaks. Works great!

I had to return this at no fault of the shower head or the company but it wouldn't fit in my shower. There's a pipe that screws in from the bottom that contains the knob to switch between the two shower heads and it holds the hand held shower head. It's curved and there was not enough space between the curved pipe and my shower wall. It was too snug and it didn't allow for a flush fit which caused water to spray out everywhere at the top. Even with plumber's tape. It's a little heavy so you need to make sure that you have a sturdy pipe coming from the wall. I have a stand alone shower that is separate from my bathtub so my shower is a little smaller. This was really too big for that size shower as well. I wished I had been able to keep it. But, if I had the only complaint I would have had would have been for the sprayer at the end of the hand held shower head to have been able to keep the sprayer on without having to constantly push the button. It would be great to use it to spray your shower walls down when cleaning because it had quite a bit of pressure (despite the big water leak that was coming out of the pipe at the top) but you would have to constantly hold that button down. To me, it should have an on/off switch or something along those lines.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this rain shower gizmo. I am 75 years old and this is the first time I have enjoyed taking a shower. I am getting plenty of water flowing and the hand held shower wand - wow!!! I easily recommend this product and it is very easy to install with a small pipe wrench. O, O they even supplied some white plumbers to for the thread. First class.

This is it. We tried getting different shower heads and this one is the one we need! It DOESNT limit the water pressure in our situation and the hand wand is VERY powerful. Absolutely love the settings. Love that it looks beautiful and that it's great quality. It's also tall enough for my 6'4" partner and he absolutely loves it too!
