Installed this pretty fast, no leaks, it's easy to adjust and works well! 1st shower water pressure was weak both at the rain-head and hand-held unit. I removed both flow restrictors, one from rain-head and one from hand-held, this process only takes a few minutes. 2nd shower was GREAT! Volume of water was perfect from the rain-head and the pressure from the hand-held was intense, I'm sure the ladies will love that!! lol

I'm in love with the shower my favorite part is the shower head I wish you can turn it on and off from the shower hose as you can see it almost didn't fit my shower but I love the water pressure very lightweight easy to install I love the quality the last one I had before didn't have enough water pressure this one is much better

Absolutely LOVE this! It was time to upgrade our old bathroom shower head and I've always wanted a rainfall style shower head... the wand is awesome and has a few different pressures which makes it even better than expected! If you're on the fence about buying this, just go for it!

Easy to install, instructions were clear. Has a wrench you can use to tighten the parts to the pipes. Love having the rainfall shower head. The handheld shower part gives good power also. The cleaning function has really good power, only thing would be better is if you can lock the button in place instead of having to hold it open with your thumb, it would be way more convenient and wish the handheld part and knob were lower (only reason I gave it 4 stars) but you can adjust the holder a little which helps. So far it’s working great.

+update+ customer service is top notch, fixed the problem with the shower head. do not hesitate to purchase this. This shower head was quick to install. I removed the flow regulator, and it had lots of water pressure. The only problem was the attachment pole, between the shower head, and wand attachment. I could not get this to not leak. it seemed like the inside was defective, and no amount of plumbers tape, or tightening would stop it leaking. I ended up just removing it, and connecting the wand hose directly, and that worked out perfect. For the price though, I feel like that is a big issue. aside from all of that, the quality was really nice, and looked very classy.

Good quality in general. Not enough teflon tape included to install, little tricky to get all connections watertight. Cord for wand hung over faucet (can raise but then shorter people can’t reach). I added another wall clip which solved the problem. I like it all now
