I will admit this wasn’t difficult to install after watching their video a few times. Never installing something like this I wanted to make sure it was done right. The video was really helpful. The shower head itself is amazing. It has a hand held attachment as well as the large overhead rain shower head. I saw other models but this one had everything I wanted and more. I can’t say I save water using this as it is so comfortable and enjoyable I stay in longer. For those not sure, the added hand held unit attaches to the shower wall and you can use either the rain head or hand held. If you have enough pressure you can use both at the same time. At my old house, we had well water so there wouldn’t be enough pressure but at our new home, the pressure is terrific so I can use both the hand and rain portions together. Water pressure makes this a great shower head because if the pressure wasn’t high enough to begin with, I can’t say this would work better. Because of how it is, it is easy to install after watching the video. The video will help make your installation quicker and better. I’ve installed many faucets and showers but this one simply wasn’t what I was used to so I took that extra time to make sure installation went well. They include some pipe thread liner material that prevents leakage. The head itself is amazing. It is a big size at 9”x9” with a long extension arm. It is made of styrene, a hard heat resistant plastic. It is worth every penny and so far we haven’t been disappointed in the quality or performance. A shower head worth the price you pay.

The media could not be loaded. Installation was super easy. I’m 5'7" and didn’t even need to climb on anything. When attaching the square shower head, make sure to be slightly to the side so you can clearly see the knob turning. Hold it with your 5 fingers spread wide on discharge while supporting the other connection with a firm grip as you rotate. Don’t overdo it with the plumber’s tape : 2 to 3 wraps are perfect. Any more, and it might not fit right and you'll run out. Once installed, the water pressure is excellent with no restriction at all. Overall, a great shower head at a good price that’s easy to set up and works beautifully!

We wanted a shower head that would make our new rental home's shower feel like a spa, and this one achieves that and more!!! The rain shower head has misting heads towards the middle of the spiral and regular heads towards the outside, so the water just caresses you. When you have the water turned HOT and step under the rain head, it feels like a warm hug and is soooooooooo relaxing. The handheld head, on the other hand has 5 (6?) modes and has really nice, firm water pressure. Once you mount the holder on the wall (which is sticky kind of like command hooks are on the back), you can place the handheld head in there and turn the massage head on, and it feels almost like someone is scratching your back. Of course, the water pressure will depend on your house, so if your house doesn't have high water pressure, you may be thinking that I'm crazy for saying that it has amazing pressure. So keep in mind, it may not have the same high pressure that ours does if your house doesn't. As far as installation goes, it is VERY easy and almost self-explanatory how to install. It DOES come with the plumbing tape so you don't have to go to your local home improvement store to buy a roll like we did (live and learn, I guess!). The instructions are clear and installation takes MAYBE ten-fifteen minutes. Only note though: when you stick the handheld head's holder onto the wall, you must leave it for at least ONE HOUR before hanging the head on it or using the shower. So keep in mind if you're wanting to jump into the shower right away after installing this amazing shower head combo. We left the little holder off until after our first shower with the new head, then thoroughly cleaned the tile we wanted to stick the holder to (dry with paper towel followed by rubbing alcohol then leave to dry for about 15-20 minutes) then stuck it on and didn't shower or hang the head from it until the next day. This was a couple of weeks ago, and the holder is still holding strong as far as we can tell, so as long as you follow the instructions and leave it for at least an hour, it should be pretty sturdy!! Overall, we highly recommend this shower head combo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, spa-like shower experience. Our friends have already ordered one for themselves as well!! Will definitely be replacing the other shower heads in our house with this one as well!!

At $70, this shower system is a real deal in view of the built quality of this product. Even the feel of the cardboard box it came in, told me before I open it that what was inside was well engineered, a little bit like an Apple product. Out of the box, the shower metal construction is solid and the chrome finish is highly reflective and spotless. The installation was simple enough, all hanging on the existing spout. Finally, showering felt great with just the correct water intensity, and this goes for the wand as well. So while showering, I found myself exclaiming “SUPERB!”.

The media could not be loaded. Looks good. It is easy to install and there is no leakage. I have been using it for about 15 days and works as intended. My only problem with it is a major one. Even when I stop it, the water keeps dripping for almost a minute. It is super annoying and the water gets cold after few seconds which makes my showering experience bad.
