This was a snap to set up, and fit perfect with my previous cut outs for the last deadbolt and handle locks. Follow the directions closely for the set up. Once you set your master code, you can then add fingerprints and other codes. It was pretty easy and effective. I would definitely buy this again, and i did NOT get paid to write this review, just a regular guy buying stuff on Amazon

Excellent Product, Good Price, Great Customer Service

I purchase Veise product last March and it worked great for two months. Then the electronics went haywire and would not open with codes, finger prints or master code. We reset but it didn't work even with new batteries. Finally reviews stated at least one similar complaint that was resolved with replacement. I contacted Veise customer support and spoke to an articulate staff who communicated well. They sent me a replacent which arrived in good time. Reinstallation was easy and now the lock woeks as advertised. I am very happy with how the lock works but I am thrilled with the company's service. Thank you.

Good but missing one thing

Easy to install and works. My only problem is every other one I have seen if you turn it on off inside it automatically turns the auto lock off. This one does not. You have to reprogram it. Other than that it is great.

Easy install and looks great!

Feels like a well built lock. Installation was easy with no modifications needed to the door. Programming the codes was easy but programming the finger printer scanner is a little tricky. You have to scan your finger eight times. What kept tripping me up was I wasn't holding my finger on the scanner long enough, it would give me a green light so I thought I was done, but you have to get the green light and then wait to hear the beep. By the third try I had it programmed. I really like the color and edge markings, I just wish they had done the same edge highlights to the battery cover to complement the inside the same.

Very happy with this lock

Vary impressed with this lock. It was so easy to install and program. It has plenty of features with the exception of Wi-Fi or internet connection. Although it has plenty of ways to open the lock by key, fingerprint or keypad. I also liked having to have an option of adding a lot of codes for family and friends. Everything seems to be of high quality build. It looks great and comes in three colors. Also love the way you can change the batteries. My last lock you have to unscrew the back plate resulting the whole lock mechanism to fall off.
