This henna hair color is easy to use because it’s packaged in individual pouches that are already measured out. All you have to do is add the correct amount of water. I ended up using two packets to blend out my gray roots into my hair. I have porous hair so I put a lightweight oil on my scalp and hair before I applied the henna. That step helped protect my scalp and hair from drying out. I ordered the rich black in. It lived up to its name. It’s darker than my natural color, but I like the look. It isn’t stark but it also isn’t subtle. I’d forgotten that henna can make your hair feel thicker and fuller until after I dried mine and saw/felt the results. I’m really glad I found this product. I will be getting rid of all the other commercial hair dyes I’ve been using. There’s no reason to use caustic toxic chemicals when henna can do the job this well.

This is a nice henna shortcut hair color. Although it's not pure henna because it has other chemicals included , it does cut down on the time it takes to color the hair. It is a bit more drying than normal henna but not as bad as regular box, hair color. The color came out quite a bit darker than I had expected. It is not the vibrant color that I'm used to with henna but it is a decent hair color. It is definitely more Brown than burgundy though.

I’ve been using Vatika Naturals Rich Black hair dye for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was specifically looking for a natural-looking, ammonia-free dye that wouldn’t damage my hair—and this one absolutely delivers. the first time i used this product my hair came out lovely, grays were covered although my hair did turn out black when the box says natural brown after using this product a second time, I had a mild allergic reaction which included a itchy scalp & itchy eyes. immediately after rinsing the product out i realized my scalp was sensitive & once it was completely dried my scalp began to become itchy & irritated. thankfully its not severe to the point of hospitalization but i would not recommend buying this product. find something thats legit natural henna

This was my first time trying this product. The last time I used a Hannah product it was a different brand and I did not have an allergic reaction. However, I did have an allergic reaction to this product. Here’s some of the good things I like to say of this product. the color was extremely nice. The coverage on the gray was also nice and it was easy to apply. The not so good obviously the allergic reaction my scalp is still itching on day number 2. Have a few scabs, from unintentionally scratching hard. My scape is very irritated and pink. I used Hannah hair dye once maybe three years ago it was a different brand, but I did not experience any side effects. And purchasing this product I couldn’t remember the name of the other brand so I just went with this one. That’s the only reason that I put it in my cart. My hair hadn’t been washed in two days as recommended. When I washed this product off, I was at my mother’s house and I used OlaPlex shampoo and conditiner. I typically use the shampoo and conditioner from L’Oreal pure Vida. So I’m not if that had anything to do with my allergic reaction I highly doubt it, but mentioning just in case. I did apply some heat to it and I want to say I left it for about an hour. The box does recommend 30 minutes however, I saw some YouTube videos that said that you can leave it on a little bit longer so that the color stays longer. Hopefully the irritation goes away soon but I would recommend to do a spot check if you decide to purchase this product.
