These are so attractive, sturdy, and much comfier than you might imagine. My home decor friend was impressed, especially when I told him the price. Excellent deal. My husband is upwards of 260 lbs and they don’t creek, groan, or show any signs of distress when he sits or gets up. The only thing is… The process of putting these together is the most tedious I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve put together a metric ton of furniture. I got through three 40 minute episodes of my favorite show just attaching the legs with the included Allen wrench. I have a ratcheting screwdriver and hex bits that fit it or my drill, but there is no space for anything other than the darn Allen wrench. Big bummer there. Perhaps a ratcheting wrench that will take a hex head bit would work but I didn't have one to test. ... show more

These were a little difficult to put together. Haha by the time I made it to the last one, I realized there was a simpler way. These were worth the hassle and frustration of putting together. I love the way they look in my space.

Extremely difficult to assemble…holes not drilled exactly right, bolts not able to catch, and crossbars split from the tension. Company completely unresponsive when I’ve tried to contact them to get replacement crossbars.

OMG these stools are nice but putting them together makes you question whether life is worth living...or maybe is somebody else's life worth living...maybe they should go. Noo. No. That's not right. If my husband says it’s difficult to assemble, it is. Definitely need more than Allen wrench. We didn’t notice the cushions weren’t equal in size until they were sitting together.
