  • Break pad
Size: One Size Style: EHT1805H
These are a perfect fit for 2015 toyota rav The kit comes with the vertical stabilizer spring as pictured - even with these and the backing grease they are slightly louder than those replaced. The guide clips do have some resonating, but this should fade with time and after that breaking-in period the low speed squeak should too. Overall these are a very good replacement pad. ... show more

  • Perfect Fit on 1999 Toyota 4runner
Size: One Size Style: EHT436AH
I read the reviews & the positive feedback was the deciding factor on these brakes. I had to replace my 4Runner front brakes as I noticed longer braking from a distance & having some vibration at a complete stop. Upon further inspection the brakes on the driver side had a broken retainer clip barely holding on & causing the loose play when coming to a stop. The original brakes were almost at the end of their life as some of the brake pads had gaps in them starting to desenagrate with lots of brake dust on the brake caliper. I assume these are are organic brakes pads that produce alot of brake dust replaced by my auto mechanic two years ago. I wanted to replace my brakes with ceramic pads since they are more durable, have more stopping power, & produce less brake dust. These are cheaper than buying from a retail store & glad they came with replacement brake retainer clips & clips to hold in the brake rods, because my broke & would have to go buy them at the auto parts store. I did the replacement myself, you can learn from YouTube videos if you need help & the tools needed. Overall I am very pleased of the quality & value of the these brake pads & saved me money from having to go to a auto mechanic. ... show more

  • If the pad fits! If the pad fits!
Size: One Size Style: EHT976H
Normally I'm a pretty avid Akebono user, as those are the pads that typically installed in a vehicle from factory and always performed consistently with superb mileage to dollar spent, however, I bought these Raysbestos by mistake and ended up keeping them as a back up. Well, being in a pinch and short on pennies, which were used for the rotors, I'm glad I had these to fall back on. I paired the Element 3's with Centric Premium Rotors on my Tundra and wouldn't you know it? The darned thing stops. Quietly, I might add, along with more linear feedback in the ABS than the Akebono provided which is actually quite comforting. I made sure to bed them as correctly as I could given the hot Southwestern environment I live in, but so far, with 500 miles in on them, they seem to be making themselves at home. Time will tell, as I expect warped rotors and shortened pad life long term, but so far, they stop just as quiet as the AKEBONO, and have a bit more bite, which is comforting considering these trucks are known for having crummy braking (warping, overheating, fade, etc). However, mileage is what will really set the tone here as my Akebono gave me 70'000 hard miles in the mountains, off road, stop and go, highway, and towing. If I get 40'000 out of these, I'll consider the savings a good investment. I'm impressed thus far as I've never used Raysbestos before, but they come with ample stopping power, they are a good snug fit in the calipers, and are very quiet for the Semi-Metallic/Ceramic hybrid material. New slide pins would've been a welcome bonus, but no brake pad manufacturers provide those in the package as far as I know. But the retainer clip is also snug and everything went together nicely, providing shorter stops, smooth braking, and peace of mind. So far the savings are making themselves known. Update:: after about 1000 miles, let me say that these have a monumental bite compared to the Akebono. I'm very impressed with how smooth the braking is with these pads. I'll get some squeak here and there, but nothing intrusive or off putting. Just hot brakes in 110° ambient weather, which Akebono didn't so much as peep until they reached squealer tabs, but that's neither here nor there considering the improved bite. Just keep in mind, the rotors are just as important as the pads. So this makes for a good pair thus far. 3000 Miles in, and we've driven loaded down across the state for a camping trip through canyons mountains and steep hill 7% grade climbs and descents with enough switchbacks to make you vomit. And as an added caveat, we were forced to tow our other vehicle through said canyon and mountain. The Raysbestos and Centric Rotor pairing is holding up very nicely. Good ample stopping, obviously the trailer had brakes to assist, but for a truck with no tow brakes going through mountains and steep descents in 110° weather, they held up beautifully. 10'000 miles and 2 tire rotations in and Im experiencing no warping or shaking in the front end on stops, the pads still have outstanding bite, and are still reasonably quiet, they'll squeak a little bit when they're hot but given their performance, I'll take it. I'll probably use this combination on the next go around. ... show more

  • Good Fit for 2018 Ford Escape, Easy Install
Size: One Size Style: EHT1665H
These rear brake pads fit my 2018 Ford Escape perfectly. Installation was straightforward with no issues. The set includes clips, but just a heads-up—there’s no grease included, so you’ll need to have some on hand. Overall, solid product and good value.

Raybestos website is down. The model number EHT1001 is nowhere written on the brake pads. How am I supposed to verify that they are the right part when the box seems to have been opened before. What is on the brake pad cover is " Element 3, BPI-EHT7-GH N25 and 042225Q" - see images Also hardware (springs) not included. They seem to be the right size, when compared on another website. (inner and out pads are the same) Pad Height 3.040 inches Pad Overall Thickness 0.200 inches Inner Pad Width 5.190 inches I think they should fit. Will update the review 3/11/26 - update - working great. ... show more

  • Worst brakes ever Do not buy! Awful product Complete Waste of Money!
Size: One Size Style: EHT1892
Title: Worst Brake Pads Ever – Complete Waste of Money! If I could give the Raybestos Premium Element3 EHT™ Replacement Front Brake Pad Set for my BMW X3 zero stars, I would. These are by far the WORST brake pads I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. Not only did I waste my hard-earned money on these terrible pads, but I also ended up paying a lot more in labor costs because of how awful they are. To start, the brake pads were supposed to be premium quality, but from the very first day after installation, they squeaked like a rusty old bicycle. I thought, okay, maybe they just need a break-in period. Wrong! The squeaking never stopped. In fact, it got worse every time I hit the brakes, making my sleek BMW X3 sound like a broken-down clunker. It was downright embarrassing to drive with that constant screeching noise. The installation cost me $150, which I was fine with, expecting these pads to last. But instead of lasting, the noise was so unbearable that I had no choice but to go back to my mechanic. That’s where I found out these pads were not just noisy but also wearing unevenly! My mechanic was shocked at how poorly they were performing. It cost me another $250 just to remove these nightmare brake pads and replace them with a new set from a different brand. That’s $400 down the drain – all because of these cheap, poorly made pads. I could have saved myself the trouble and frustration by simply avoiding Raybestos altogether. Now I have a proper set of brake pads on my car from a reputable brand, and guess what? No noise, no uneven wear, and my car finally feels safe to drive again. To anyone reading this review – stay far away from the Raybestos Element3 EHT™ brake pads. Do yourself a favor and buy literally ANY other brand. The stress, embarrassment, and extra costs are simply not worth it. These pads will ruin your driving experience and bleed your wallet dry with extra repair costs. Worst purchase I’ve made in a long time! Absolutely terrible. ... show more
