The measurements on this set were just right to fit in my patio, so I bought two. We assembled about one box each night after work. Once we got the hang of it it was not that to build. Alan wrenches are never fun, but my husband had a bit for that and we could use the drill in some areas where the wicker was more forgiving. When we got to the last of our six boxes, there was one piece that was damaged. I tried to contact seller but did not get a response in the chat, so I tried to fix the bend the best I could and was still able to assemble the sofa with a little extra elbow grease. Let me start by saying I normally do not do reviews but I really wanted everyone to know about this set. I researched many sets before deciding to purchase this one. I must say this set is so worth the money. I love it. Seems to be sturdy as I’ve only had it together a week, but I want to sit on it all day. When ordering, said it would ship within a week, it shipped next day and I received all three boxes in three days, Wednesday when I ordered on Sunday. I wasn’t able to start assembling until next week. Several people have said the assembly was hard. I am a 54 year old woman and assembled the complete set by myself. Everything was labeled and had picture directions. The only piece I found a little challenging was the storage table, and I did put the front and back on backwards. Make sure the screw holes where the part for the lid connects to the sides pieces are closest to the back where the lid goes. In the entire set there was only two holes covered by the plastic, not every one as many people have described. I took my time, opened one box at a time, verified all pieces were there and labeled, even had extra screws and bolts in each box. I am not a tall person, but this set doesn’t seem “short” as some have described. My son in law is 6’9” and seems to be very comfortable. The cushions are not thin at all. They are really comfortable and the back cushions are very full and fluffy. I don’t know exactly how long it took me as I did one box a day. The glass top was shattered when I opened the box with the table, I emailed the company on Saturday, had a response on Sunday that asked for a picture. I sent picture of broken glass and new glass top is on its way as of Monday, shipping company says it will be here on Friday. Excellent customer service! Pretty easy to assemble, I managed to assemble everything but the storage box by myself. I had an issue with one of the arms. Had a couple areas that had gotten cut somehow and where the screws went they didn't line up properly making it impossible to assemble. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement piece that arrived quickly with no defects. Now let's just say they are pretty sturdy when put together. Had a freak storm with winds well over 60mph and one loveseat went flying up into my neighbors yard. Upon retrieval the back was bent just a little but you can't tell unless you're sitting without the cushions. The cushion covers for the back pieces could be sewn a little better. I had to patch one already where it came apart at the seams but it's a simple easy fix. Other downside that got me to take away a star is we cannot get the clips attached to make a third loveseat or attach the other loveseats to the storage box. The clips are sturdy don't get me wrong but it doesn't do us any good when we can't get enough movement out of them to get them on the furniture. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for 6 seats on a budget. Pros: affordable, plenty of seating, looks nice, fast shipping, lightweight, comfortable enough, able to be configured to your space Cons: unnecessarily difficult assembly (unclear pictures, mislabeled parts, double coded hardware, tight-fitting cushions not already in their cases), storage is not big enough for all cushions and pillows, clips cannot be used to connect storage corner to other pieces, 1 piece had a tear in 1 strip on arrival, slides around too easily on the deck, clips are very difficult to put on and practically impossible to remove without damaging something (be certain with your setup BEFORE securing clips on). ... show more

Love this set! It was easy to put together. I did use power tools instead of the crappy tools that came with it. I did it myself to prove a point to my husband. It took a couple days, but it was not difficult. My only negative is the storage bin. It is not waterproof. My cushions (only holds bottoms) were drenched after it rained. After contacting the seller, they sent me replacements for both table tops without any hassle at all. I received them quickly and at no cost. I purchased two different sets of sectionals from this seller to have an extra large seating area for family. In less than a few months BOTH of the coffee tables have experienced rot where the rattan became brittle and broke off leaving giant holes in both tables. I am livid. I paid well over $1000 for both sets and this happens. I have contacted the seller we will see if they make things right! ... show more

I purchased this in May 2022. I live in Phoenix, so it is hot and sunny. However, the sofa spent most of the summer covered with the enclosure that came with it. I didn’t want it to get ruined in our summer monsoon weather. Just recently uncovered it, and the wicker is dry and brittle and falling off the sofa! I will never buy this product again, I didn’t even get a year out of it. It looks very tacky now all across the top. I will say, the cushions and material used for the cushions is great!
