This foot massager was received today and already enjoyed by both myself and my husband. I liked adding the heat, as well. Really relaxed my feet after working in the yard this morning. I do want to point out that the massaging is in one area, not a full-foot type massage. This allows you to move your foot around to get a focused massage for the area you want. As an added bonus, you can zip off the top foot enclosure and use the base as a back massager! Such a great idea! This is not an intense massage for the back, but it sure does feel good and you can move it to whatever area of your back is sore. Most back massagers don't get up to my shoulders, so this will meet that need quite well. The whole thing was very easy to use, just plug it in, turn it on and relax and enjoy!

I bought three of these, one for me and two for gifts, two in light grey and one in dark grey. The velvet material on the inside and out is soft and smooth--very nice on my feet. The warmer is lightweight but not flimsy. The paddding is just thick enough to allow the warmer to retain its shape, and not slouch like a messy sack (my experience with a differnet model). The controls on the side coupled with the remote that has some additional features makes this an easy use item. There are two heat settings, low which is subtle and high which is the setting I use all the time. I am ALWAYS cold and having my feet warm makes a big difference. I no longerhave to sit at my desk wearing a coat. I wear a cardigan or fleece and have my feet in the warmer. Nice! My design improvement wish list: 1) Allow for a longer heating time. Currently there are two time settings. Using the controls only on the warmer will give you 15 minutes of warmth, however, from cold, it takes a good 10 minutes for the warmth to grow to the point of being helpful, and then a few minutes later it shuts off. Like a heated blanket, it would be good to have at least two hours of consistent heating before shutdown. You cannot extend beyond 15 minutes from the controls on the warmer. You can extend an extra 15 minutes by using the timer on the remote for a total of 30 minutes. I realize this is for safety, but heating pads and electric blankets run a lot longer, so I'm not sold on the safety aspect. 2) When you turn the warmer on with the remote, the "massage" automatically turns on. I really dislike that feature. I have to scroll through the massage levels before it will turn off. You should have to select a function like massage or heat, instead of functions turning on by default. The "massage" is really just a rumbling vibration, it does not have typical features of a true foot massager. That is fine for me since I bought this for warming, not massage. Although the bottom of the warmer zips off so that you can use the massage portion on other areas of the body, given that it is little more than a vibration, I can't imagine that feature being important to most buyers. If you are looking for a good quality and well-priced foot warmer, this may be the right option for you. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, and the two gift recipients have told me that they really like this foor warmer.

I really enjoy this! It's so nice and warm and cozy. I love that you can use the heat by itself, separately without the vibration on, because not all of these allow that and sometimes you want heat only.

My main reason for purchasing this item was to warm my feet as I sit at my desk. The fact it had a message unit was a positive in my purchase. What I discovered was the knobs that message your feet when in-active doesn't provide a comfortable resting place while attempting to warm your feet. The message works nicely and that is why there are three stars. The heating element was either broken or a fake feature. When enabling the heating element the whole inside shines a bright red. I am assuming it is from LED lights buried in the unit. But no heat was produced. I dared not open up the insides to see if a heating element existed and malfunctioned or it is expected the led lights would somehow provide heat. I sent it back for a full refund.

My feet are always cold. It gets hard to stay at my desk and study when my feet are freezing, and I just want to lie down and cover up lol. This product is great for keeping my feet warm. The massager is pretty nice too. The only downside is that it doesn’t stay on constantly. It shuts off about every ten minutes, but I just cut it back on
