This review is for the VAGKRI waterproof outdoor heater. The unit is powerful, heats quickly, has a heavy base with a wide tripod so it won't topple over easily, and can be mounted directly on the wall if preferred. I decided to first mount the unit on the tripod, then if we love the unit, then we will consider mounting it permanently on the wall. Though the cord is also a thick, heavy gauge cord, so it will likely need an outlet close to the unit. (in a best case scenario, It might even be worth adding an extra outlet for a clean look). Our first impressions are really good. We previously used an outdoor gas fireplace, but it was in a fixed position, did not put out heat as fast, used gas and was not mobile like this unit. We love that it does not have to be refilled every few uses, and even though the wattage is high, it should not be too expensive to run for the couple of hours we spend outdoors in the evening. I did not test whether it was water proof or not. I will assume that it is, though I'm not going to dump water on it. It has a remote which is a nice touch, though you have to supply your own batteries for the remote. And herein, was my only disappointment for the unit. If you search similar units on Amazon, you will see that they are going for about half the price of this one. While I can attest to the quality of this unit, I am not certain it is twice as nice as the similar appearing units from other manufacturers.

Colorado is getting cold, so we wanted to get a heater for our construction crew to use when they need to set up their work station at clients' garages. Some friends recommended this heater on Amazon and told us that it is worthy of the money, we decided to give it a try. I love that it comes with an adjustable stand that folds easily. You can either use the stand to make it portable, or you can use the wall mount kit that is included to secure it on the wall for permanent use. It comes with a remote so you can control it from afar, it also has a panel on the heater The instruction provided is clear, and it only took us less than 10 minutes to set up. The only thing is the cord is kinda short, so you will need an extension cord.

If you're using it within 10 feet it's an excellent heater I sit in the garage at four in the morning and I am about right now 6 feet from the heater and it really keeps me warm so I'm really satisfied with it.

I got this for our screened porch to do movie nights in the fall and other night activities. We were able to break it out tonight with my son’s first fire sleepover when it was around 50 degrees. Installation was simple with clear instructions. We used the tripod mount not the wall mount but appreciate the versatility if needed. We could feel the heat well being 5-8 feet away and like how adjustable it is. Two different height adjustments and can tilt up and down and left and right. The remote control really helps especially when you are cozy watching a movie. Can’t wait to use it more this fall!

No instructions included. The 2 lag bolts are confusing, until you realize they are only for hanging the heater, then it's really simple to assemble.

Delivered in a bombproof packaging, very easy to put together and great heat output! While researching I almost went with a propane heater but glad I went with this system. Heat up immediately and gets very hot. Now I can enjoy my balcony during the winter months

This product easy install. I would put it outside of my yard if I have bbq event on my house, it can also put it in the house, because I don’t have to put the heater on the floor and that kind is not to dry for my skin because is a kind of light on the middle, not like the normal heater heat the air and make the skin dry. I like this style of heater. I would recommend this product in my living room too.
