This little unit is impressive- especially at the price point. I mounted this optic on a dovetail plate on a TX-22 pistol a few weeks ago just to plink around with, and have since put about 700 rounds through it. I had my doubts, but this green dot has been flawless so far. Mounting is still solid, it has held zero with no issues whatsoever and is clear, bright and visible in all conditions- whether at an indoor range or outdoors in full sun. I really like the 2MOA green dot- it is clearly visible, and has crisp edges. Installed easily on an RMR dovetail plate I bought on Amazon at the same time (DPP Titanium Rear Sight Dovetail Mount Compatible with Taurus G2/G3,TX22 RMR Footprint Trijicon RMR/SRO&Holosun 407C/507C/508T). It has held good accuracy and came with a spare battery in the package. The shake awake function seems to work well, every time I look through the sight it is on. Good clear glass. Came with mounting screws, a rubber shim plate, a cover for the sight, and a surprisingly nice hard case for the optic. Case is is pictured- optic is not- it is mounted and you can use your imagination since I don't want to get this review kicked off. Rest assured- It looks pretty cool. I was looking for a low cost optic for a plinker and have been pleasantly surprised by its performance.

For the price, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. After a bit of use though, I was pleasantly surprised. Put one on a semi auto 12 gauge, and sighted it in with a bore sight, and zeroed with slugs. After numerous more shells, that itself proved it to me that it would be durable enough to use on an edc. The size is perfect to fit on a Tisas PX9 duty, and was very easy to install. It's easy to adjust the dot, as well as the brightness.

This was the second red dot from this company after I eceived a defective one which would not zero and the elevation and windage adjustment screws did not appear to move the dot in any consistent direction. Now, the red dot was actually observed to move on its own while I tried to aim at targets, the elevation and windage screws were quite loose and the unit appeared to have been used, missing original plastic bag it is supposed to be wrapped in within the protective box. The RMR screws on the unit were mismatched, with one being larger than the other suggesting some type of repair had been attempted on this unit. I rarely give 1 star reviews, return items or request refunds from amazon, but this time it was a must. This company appears to have poor quality control and may actually know it is selling defective equipment with no concern for consumer reaction. I will not buy another item from them and neither should you.

The only reason I rate this as a 4 is because the shake awake doesn't really work that well. Also the light seems to go off pretty quickly. By the time I eject and reinsert a new magazine the light is out and I need to push the on/off button to reacquire the dot. I have tried even rather rapid shakes and it still won't re-engage. It is well build and easy to zero, but the shake awake needs a bit of work.

It snaps right on goes right off after 2 minutes of non-movement it stays active on your side as you move about but that's okay cuz they say the battery the last two damn years even if it's half of that how can you complain also it mounted perfectly with no problems whatsoever they not only give you a battery but they put one in the unit for you and it comes with all the different screws you'll need for different types of mounting applications now it ain't no $300 $400 or $500 Red Dot but you'll definitely get the job done with it I mean truth be told it supposed to work submerged under the water it claims I haven't tried that yet but you know what are the odds of you have iyour pistol underwater I mean come on for 68 bucks please I'm happier than a pig in a mud hole. Well I've run about 80 plus p 45 rounds 200 grains and it's worked great for the money I'm super happy I tried to surprise it you know and snap it up there and see if it's on and by the time I get it to my eye line of sight it's ready to go so I mean you know somebody that might be like law enforcement or something might not think it was worth it because it's only 68 bucks but I mean how many times do you got to snap it to use before you trust it I received a plate that allows me to Mount this on a clock 48 because the amount that came with it was too small and these people hook me up with it for free because it's a new plate that they're using for Glocks etc I guess and it works great and it took less than a week and a half to get up right here from out of the country and everything lined up fine there's even comes with its own pressure screws once you get it into the slot of the rear sight so for 60 bucks I'm tickled pink I'm planning on buying a third one I've got one on a 45 that shoots plus pmo I've got one on a 9 mil at shoots Plus pmo and we're going to put one on the 12 gauge that shoots three inch mad ground so I don't hesitate to believe that it will hold up like the rest of them that held up on the other weapons so for the money I am just tickled pink

I purchased this sight and noticed the dot wasn’t much of a dot, more like a star. I tried different brightness settings and it only got worse the brighter it got. I emailed them and they said they’d send me another one. They never did. When I tried to email them back asking, the email wouldn’t go through to them. Wouldn’t recommend.
