Style: Green Dot Sight For RMR
This little unit is impressive- especially at the price point. I mounted this optic on a dovetail plate on a TX-22 pistol a few weeks ago just to plink around with, and have since put about 700 rounds through it. I had my doubts, but this green dot has been flawless so far. Mounting is still solid, it has held zero with no issues whatsoever and is clear, bright and visible in all conditions- whether at an indoor range or outdoors in full sun. I really like the 2MOA green dot- it is clearly visible, and has crisp edges. Installed easily on an RMR dovetail plate I bought on Amazon at the same time (DPP Titanium Rear Sight Dovetail Mount Compatible with Taurus G2/G3,TX22 RMR Footprint Trijicon RMR/SRO&Holosun 407C/507C/508T). It has held good accuracy and came with a spare battery in the package. The shake awake function seems to work well, every time I look through the sight it is on. Good clear glass. Came with mounting screws, a rubber shim plate, a cover for the sight, and a surprisingly nice hard case for the optic. Case is is pictured- optic is not- it is mounted and you can use your imagination since I don't want to get this review kicked off. Rest assured- It looks pretty cool. I was looking for a low cost optic for a plinker and have been pleasantly surprised by its performance.

Very solid reflex sight. Small MOA green provides the ability to dial in targets at longer distances without covering it up, the battery lasts forever, it seems, because the shake awake function truly works well. Holds zero after being bounced around on a Polaris in Texas Hill Country. I’ve owned many sights like this, but this is my favorite. Punches WAY above its weight class. Glass and dot are clear as a bell, and this sight is a great value. You won’t be disappointed.

This red dot was properly mounted on my 9mm handgun according to the manufacturer’s instructions, including correct mounting hardware and torque. During the first range session, the optic failed under recoil. The optic came loose and flew off the firearm while firing, which is a serious safety and reliability concern. An optic marketed for handgun use must be able to withstand normal recoil and remain securely mounted. This one clearly cannot. An optic that fails electrically and mechanically on first use is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this product for pistol use. Quality control and durability are severely lacking.

It snaps right on goes right off after 2 minutes of non-movement it stays active on your side as you move about but that's okay cuz they say the battery the last two damn years even if it's half of that how can you complain also it mounted perfectly with no problems whatsoever they not only give you a battery but they put one in the unit for you and it comes with all the different screws you'll need for different types of mounting applications now it ain't no $300 $400 or $500 Red Dot but you'll definitely get the job done with it I mean truth be told it supposed to work submerged under the water it claims I haven't tried that yet but you know what are the odds of you have iyour pistol underwater I mean come on for 68 bucks please I'm happier than a pig in a mud hole. Well I've run about 80 plus p 45 rounds 200 grains and it's worked great for the money I'm super happy I tried to surprise it you know and snap it up there and see if it's on and by the time I get it to my eye line of sight it's ready to go so I mean you know somebody that might be like law enforcement or something might not think it was worth it because it's only 68 bucks but I mean how many times do you got to snap it to use before you trust it I received a plate that allows me to Mount this on a clock 48 because the amount that came with it was too small and these people hook me up with it for free because it's a new plate that they're using for Glocks etc I guess and it works great and it took less than a week and a half to get up right here from out of the country and everything lined up fine there's even comes with its own pressure screws once you get it into the slot of the rear sight so for 60 bucks I'm tickled pink I'm planning on buying a third one I've got one on a 45 that shoots plus pmo I've got one on a 9 mil at shoots Plus pmo and we're going to put one on the 12 gauge that shoots three inch mad ground so I don't hesitate to believe that it will hold up like the rest of them that held up on the other weapons so for the money I am just tickled pink

I mounted this red dot optic to a 9mm carbine using the included picatinny plate. It has held up to over 100 rounds without turning off, losing zero or coming loose. The shake-awake feature works perfectly. It seems to be well-built overall. The dot is very dim but still visible in bright sunlight. I wouldn't recommend using it outdoors at noon. I tested this in the winter and I worry that it might wash out completely in the summertime. As for performance, I shot the targets in the photo at exactly 27 yards. Three were shot from a rest, the lower right one was shot standing offhand. One factor that greatly hurt precision was the dot is unusually sensitive to where in the lens you are putting the dot. Having the dot in the middle of the lens vs in the bottom third made for a difference of about four inches of altitude at point of impact 50 yards out. I would recommend using this with co-witnessing iron sights to help you keep the dot at the exact same point in the lens for each shot. Overall I'm mostly satisfied with my purchase. However, if I were to do things over I'd go with a different optic.
