Holosun created the perfect "red dot" sight. The green dot laser version is much better than red for my tired, older eyes. Can easily choose between the small single accuracy dot, the large circle (easy to quickly see) reticle, or both together. The enclosed laser means no worry about dirt, dust, lint, water obscuring the laser. The battery probably will last nearly forever; so far at least a few hours a couple times a week for several months. And, the battery changes out from the side so I don't have to disrupt the zeroed in sights to change. And, if the battery ever does go dead, the photo cell will provide power (at least during the day). The correct mounting plate for the Glock 43x or 48 is even included to convert to the Holosun "K" type mount. However, the included plate is too small to fit the Glock 17 or 19. (The standard EPS includes that plate but some may prefer the smaller EPS carry version.) Only improvements suggested: Holosun should include the shorter screws that are needed for the Glock 43x and 48. And ideally make a version with the Glock type RMSc mounting system so the adapter plate would not be needed. The EPS Carry uses Holosun's "K" type mounting with only short front "recoil" posts. The Glock RMSc uses the same screw holes, but longer front recoil lugs and two additional rear lugs.

An amazing optic. Been conceal carrying every day for the last 8 years. This optic is a game changer. The enclosed emitter design makes it super easy to clean your optic. I no longer have to worry about lint or dust falling into my optic as I carry it around. Dot is crisp and bright. Easily adjustable light settings. This optic has held up to a lot of abuse in the last year.

I am a fan of well made Red Dot sights. This particular one is a Green Dot with various brightness settings. It can also be cycled between circular dot reticle, dot and circle. The 2 mos is perfect. I prefer the circle Dot setting. Easier to find and locate. I do not know why it does not come with a rubber cover, it should. For the price especially. I heard and know that the battery time on these is amazing, top of its class. It turns on when moved, shake on. It is nice to not have to worry about changing batteries. Remember, the EPS carry is suited for smaller whereas the regular eps is the normal sized sight. And then there is the decision between the 407k, 507k in this EPS carry. If lint is an issue and in most cases it is, this close emitter is great! I feel like just not having to worry about cleaning off the projector is worth it in the price itself. So if you are in budget for one like this, it's worth trying out. Holosun definitely makes good products. It is up there with the higher end products. For the money I can definitely recommend this. The only drawback is that this model is relatively new and there are confirmations of off center and slanted circles. I have seen this. Though, the one I have currently is perfect. This is why it is good to buy with the prime return policy. Just in case. It fits a small compact or micro carry size. The customer service with hollow sun seems to be good. They do make aftermarket covers. I would look into those. A two pack, don't ask me why they come in packs of two, but they do. For around $20ish. Check this one out for sure. But keep an eye out for those slanted circles. Best thing is to use it as soon as you can so you can see how it acts for the 30 days it's on there. 4 stars, if it wasn't for the slanted sight possibility, it would be a 5 star product.
