The fan tower rattled loudly, and before I even set it up I noticed one of the bottom base halves was not only very scratched up, indicating it was used, but it was very poorly glued back together (see photo). The fan itself felt very cheaply made. I never fully assembled it or plugged it in, I repacked it and returned it. Very disappointed after seeing all of the positive reviews. This heater is really nice.It comes with a remote. It doesn't stand up too high and it has a built-in sensor that notices if it is tipped over which is a great safety measure. This heater can heat a room in an hour on the highest setting and I love it! It also allows you to set the temperature and timer you want.I don't know what I would do without it!
