I ordered a Whole home water filter(New) but I was sent a used filter.(I returned and reordered) I ordered a Fleck 5600 water softener and again I was sent a used item in a beat up box even though I ordered New…. Entire item was shipped in 2 different pieces. Supplier was very responsive in shipping a replacement for one of the pieces after UPS reported damage.
