I'm a licensed handyman and I've been buying this model locally for more than 6 years. I've installed this unit more than 30 times. Due to a logistical problem, I could not get the unit quickly locally so I decided to try on-line. The unit arrived at my home days early, it was as expected and no damage at all in shipping and I was able to install at my customer's home 3 days before I would have been able to go get the local unit. Basic plumbing skills other that soldering is all you need to get this installed.

I ordered a Whole home water filter(New) but I was sent a used filter.(I returned and reordered) I ordered a Fleck 5600 water softener and again I was sent a used item in a beat up box even though I ordered New…. (I returned it). I’ve had to pay the plumber 2x due to wrongful shipments to me, how can I be assured if I reorder the water softer again I’ll get what i requested ?
