This is a good items, however there is a lot to be desired. Pros: 1. Large water container. 2. Good pressure thanks to a built-in pump. 3. Water heats up very quickly. Cons: 1. There is a reason the seller supplies gloves for using this item. The flexible plastic hose and the metal extension tube gets dangerously hot. Very easy to get skin burn. 2. There is no way to pause the steam coming out. You have to turn off the power switch and wait about 3-5 seconds for the steam to stop coming out. 3. There are no provisions for handle placement. When it is hot, you could potentially burn the surface where the handle is placed. 4. There are no UL labels on this item. I think these type of items must be UL certified in order to be sold in USA. 5. There is no contact information about the seller / manufacturer. There is no way to get warranty information or get replacement parts when they wear out. ************************************************* Suggestions for product improvements. 1. Add a trigger switch to the handle. That would mean you would need a different hose that has electric wires running along side of that hose. 2. Have your product UL certified. 3. Insulate the plastic hose and the metal extension tube to avoid skin burn. 4. Give the customers someway to communicate with you. 5. Add a handle holder to the side of the main body.

I've only used it one time to clean a good amount of grout other than it spits out a lot of water it worked really good.. so as long as you make sure you have extra towels it does a decent job

This little unit is amazing except 2 main gripes. Well actually 3, but the lack of a trigger switch was something other reviews have brought up. Ok my first issue is with the startup of the unit which last for like 45-90 seconds. during this time where the pump has engaged but it is not yet hot enough to be steam. So instead of steam you get a hot water shooting out of unit. I can see this being VERY dangerous. 2nd gripe. There is no clean way to store the unit. Between the odd shape, the inflexible hose, to the power chord. It’s just bad design. No one gave a thought on how the thing should be stored after use. If I knew now… I would probably search for a better designed product.

Product works great! Used it for taking down wall paper, and I moved through the room with ease. Although the size of the water container should absolutely be a bit larger! So other than running out of water, and having to refill often, this steamer is a go! Also cleaned some work boots and they look brand new!
