These ECOTRIC tandem axle trailer fenders are built to last. The 14-gauge steel feels solid, and the diamond tread plate adds both style and function. Installation was simple, and they fit my 13-inch tires perfectly. Very satisfied with this purchase and the durability they offer.

As described, they are reasonably sturdy. They did arrive with some very light rust patches, but few minutes with sand paper and they were ready for paint. I painted them with Rustoleum and they have been outside in the weather for a year, and they still look fine. They haven't seen many road miles yet, but I expect the paint will chip eventually and they will rust, so I expect I will need to keep an eye on them, and do a little maintenance. I could have bought plastic, but I wanted something more durable when backed into brush or driven over dirt roads. ... show more
