I dont do allot of reviews but after doing alot of research an reading reviews no one answered my questions. 1. GOOD. This is a well engineered product an alot of thought went into this. Instructions were really good an every piece labeled. Seems heavy duty an solid, to the point I think I could mount a 12v fan to it. Took about 30 minutes to put together an install. Came with multiple brackets for different size roll bars. Im a quite tall person, over 6'6", an i have plenty of room an the cover doesn't block my vision. This should also save my seat from cracking under direct sunlight. 2. TOO THINK ABOUT. It doesn't cover my back , however I think that is due to zero turn roll bar design, should be fine on tractor. It is easy to put up but not to take down if transporting to my several locations. My only thought is to unhook shade an slide together on bars an secure it with small straps, its held on by velco straps on front an back an bars run through it on the sides. Not sure of longevity of canvas, may order a spare. Keep in mind I normally, like most, keep roll bar down when cutting due to branches. I carry a small 8" chainsaw now to cut lower branches. It's made in China.

My 4-star rating is based upon quality of construction, ease of installation, and overall value. That being said. I've decided not to leave it on my tractor. It's nice to have this shade installed while working in the hot sun. The assembly and installation are straightforward and relatively simple. In my case, the top of my ROPS is not parallel to the ground, but canted about 20-30 degrees, which the adjustable bracket did not accommodate. So I left two of the support bolts out. This left the struts the only things keeping the structure close to horizontal. This is a design shortfall in my opinion. Although the fabric is quite light, it did stand up to some branches without tearing. However, at the end of the second day, I removed the shade from my tractor. I had driven under some low-hanging branches while mowing and hooked a corner of the shade. The shade's frame pulled apart leaving open ends of tubing exposed. I'd already considered that, in the event of a rollover, the frame was likely to bend into the space that my head would occupy and become a hazard. I hadn't considered the open tubing ends or worse, a broken tube. So I removed the shade rather than reassemble it. If you work in open fields, the risk of rollover is minimal to none. I happen to work on hillsides. I don't take unnecessary risks, but the ROPS is there for a reason and I do use my seatbelt when there's such risk. I really don't want metal (or any other) obstacles in my space if I ever really should need my rollover protection. This concern is not unique to this particular product, but common to most similar ones. This is a decent product and I think the price is fair. Just something to think about.

I really like it I have gone through more than a few canvas tractor shades that basically lasted a few days the spider frames shake loose, bend etc this is a good solid frame HOWEVER it's not a canvas or solid roof it's like the thin material this silver emergency blankets are made of but so far it's held up to bouncing and low hanging branches when it dies I'll screw a solid roof to this frame the frame is great! Edited to add customer service is amazing and responsive. They let me know there is a 3yr warranty on the roof fabric so that's wonderful to know!

I bought this as a shade for a zero turn lawn mower, so I don’t need anything extremely heavy duty. However, I did expect more in terms of the bracing that connects the front of the shade to the mower. My fear is that if I bump anything, it will bend. The canopy itself is nice, but for a product at a premium price, I was hopeful for mounting hardware that was more sturdy.

I got this to have shade when cutting the grass. This did not have any instructions in the box, but I got it on. It seems like its built well and the shade part fit on it nicely. So far I dont have any complaints about it.

The CarriTurf Universal Tractor Canopy for ROPS is a rugged and practical upgrade for compact tractors, riding mowers, and zero-turn machines equipped with rollover protection structures. The angled struts allow for a lot of adjustment and a wide fitment range. The cloth used in the top feels like sailcloth or soft top cloth material, very sturdy and resilient. Installation is straightforward, with adjustable U-bolts that accommodate most compact tractor ROPS frames. The canopy mounted on my Kubota BX in about 30 minutes. One word of warning, if you keep your tractor garaged you will need to account for about 3 inches of added height to the tractor which could be enough to prevent fitting in a standard garage door. These canopies deliver solid shade and comfort without compromising visibility or maneuverability. For operators who value protection and ease of use, it’s a smart investment that pays off in both comfort and longevity.

When I was searching for some sort of canopy for our riding lawnmower, I came across this one made by CARRITURF store. Based on the visual presentation and specs, I ordered this to see if this would help cool down my husband when he mows our lawn. Now that I have this home, and setup-I will say that this was definitely created using quality materials. This tractor shade is robust and made durably. Simple bolt-on installation makes this a very simple and hassle-free experience. In terms of compatibility, this fits "MOST" ROPS-equipped compact and utility mowers.
