I used to walk a lot outside for exercise, but we moved to an area that is not great for taking walks. I got this because it is smaller and you can move it around (I live in an apartment). It is easy to use and I can watch TV while walking. The only problem I had was with my own sense of balance - there is nothing to hold onto when you walk and at times I felt unsteady. I’ve had this for almost 3 months now and find it to be easy to use. The remote control is straightforward and intuitive so you’ll know exactly what each button does. I like the continuous cycle through the metrics as you go along so that I don’t have to play with the remote while I’m walking or running. I had been in the market for a treadmill just like this but all the other ones were much more expensive. I purchased this one and I am so happy with that decision. I personally use this while I am working from home. The treadmill comes with a remote so you can change the setting while walking, it has wheels on it so it is very easy to slide around for when i want to use it.
