I have a bad back! The “simple” diagnosis is lumbar stenosis. (There are 6 more descriptors to the diagnosis!). I’ve used many braces, but I’m liking this one the best so far. I’m receiving Physical Therapy (with homework). My therapist agrees that this is a well made brace with great support. One of her goals is to rehabilitate my back to the point where my discomfort is resolved and I won’t need the brace. Until then, I’m using the brace.

This is the second brace purchased from Amazon. The first brace purchased was much more complicated to get on and adjust. This one is actually helping support the back despite compression fractures and osteoporosis. It's not marketed for that but that's the experience being had right now!

In the original pic of this back brace, was an elastic strap that pulled the the front straps together preventing it from cutting into armpits. Mine arrived without that strap. I have to adjust constantly. Annoying!

I bought this for my posture, I sit for hours at a desk all day and after awhile by back starts to really bother me. This actually saved my back!

I like that I can wear this most of the day. Other than riding up. I am very satisfied. I tried a different one and it had no cushion over the support slats. It was not good.

Received item in timely manner but it's going back just as quickly. Bought the Large based on measurements company provides. My waist size is 37. The brace felt more like a small. What really irked me though is that the chest tension band was not included nor is it even mentioned in the small instruction booklet (which is primarily in Chinese; the English instructions are tiny and on last page). Will look elsewhere for a different company's brand.
