I have MS, and with disability increasing over time, this little elliptical has helped me implement a little more “activity” into my day. With walking, mobility, and fatigue being major issues for me, the fact that this machine is self driven is a HUGE plus - keep your feet on the pedals, and it moves your legs for you. The unit is quiet and seems well made. It started squeaking while running… and I discovered that the track that the wheel drives across just needs moisture to keep a silent movement. I actually just rubbed a little coconut oil on it - it remains absolutely silent. I like how this works. But if you do it in bare feet you'll bruise the souls those massagers are ridiculous there should be a way to easily remove them. And it works your legs so little with those tiny circles it makes they need to make them twice as big like a real elliptical runner in the gym and then you would have something more worthwhile. I don't like that it starts over the timers when you pause it to get off and do something. And if you really want to make it a hot seller set it up to be able to generate power. ... show more

It’s very nice machine but the problem is that the center wheel is irritating my feet and the remote control doesn’t work well if it’s more than few inches away from the center control panel beside that it’s too hard to understand the board we try to start it manually but it’s not working well Sometimes it’s starting by itself lol and I would like to exchange it with another machine but with out the center wheel and I would like to have a better remote control power with a better machine board control and more quiet ... show more

The Rotai unit designers succeeded in designing a product that actually does what it is designed to do! It is an exerciser that works both electrically and manually, is simple to operate, and all the features work the way you would expect them to. An on/off button on the massage feature would be a nice extra. This unit is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for! It is well built. The noise level of the unit is not noticeable while watching television or listening to the stereo, it is mildly distracting when reading initially, but I stopped noticing it in a few minutes. This elliptical works! My husband and I were dealing with swelling of the ankles/legs almost daily. Since we've been using this ROTAI Under Desk Elliptical no more swelling. We are both very pleased with the results! However, we received two "lemons"! The first one ordered the foot pads started to wear (holes) after two months. So we exchanged it for a replacement. The replacement came in a box that was tattered and the machine apparently had been a return because the pedal fell off after about 2 days! Unfortunately, I had to ask for a refund!! Where is the quality control in that???? ... show more
