Bought this as I have a knee injury and want to keep moving as I have a job that I sit all day. It has helped to keep me moving and reduced the stiffness in my knees. I keep it under my desk and use it at least once per day. I gave it a 4 star as I was expecting a bit more intense workout but it’s still helping.
